I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I have received from Henry Mechanical and Tyler Flora. My house Heater/AC unit died on the Thursday before a 4-day holiday weekend. Henry Mechanical sent Tyler, who is a mechanical engineer, out the very next afternoon, Friday, right before that weekend began.
He was so professional, informative, and knowledgeable - and took time to answer my many questions. My existing unit was no longer safe enough to repair, so he was able to schedule a team to do the new install within a week so that I could still take my scheduled trip out-of-state - all this also given that 4-day holiday weekend remember!

We found Henry Mechanical through online reviews and are very happy with our experience. Henry Mechanical installed a heat pump for us, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. I can’t compare costs to others, as we opted to move forward with Henry (with no other bids) after our first encounter. From the estimate visit to the engineering follow-up — double checking initial findings — to installation and, then, quality control follow-up, every employee was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Each technician patiently answered every question we had, sometimes multiple times since a heat pump was new territory for us. Couldn’t be happier overall, and we know we can call anytime with questions or for follow-up service. I’m guessing there are less-expensive companies around, but after 65 years, I strongly believe you get what you pay for.

Henry Mechanical Solar augmented and improved upon the existing solar that was at the house by adding more solar on the roof & a battery system that powers the home when the utility power goes out. David managed the project well from start to finish, including processing the successful battery rebate that took a lot of paperwork, & whatever hurdle Pg&e put in our way, such as a new MSP upgrade that required special permitting. I receive a credit from the utility for solar production versus my usage. The house has transformed from being dependent upon the utility to being self-reliant. Thanks again to David, Ray, & Thor.

We worked with David, Henry Mechanical Solar. He was creative and knew just what and how to help us. David designed a Power Storage System that married to our existing solar system. David took care of all the paperwork from beginning to end. What a relief not to have to deal with that. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole project and was great to work with. The system has been up and running for more than a year and has preformed as promised and to our full expectations. Very grateful for David’s dedication and tenacity throughout the project. Lots of dealing with PG&E.

The team from Henry Mechanical installed a heat pump system for our entire house. The system replaces the gas furnace and the air conditioner we had previously. The project took 2 days and the workers were amazing! They were quiet, clean, and professional throughout. The project manager, specified the job perfectly and the heat pump is already heating the house beautifully. We are super excited to be going solar and using the heat pump to heat and cool our home efficiently and cost effectively!!

I didn’t think they come any better than Phillip: knowledgeable, competent, efficient and a great communicator. He was able to fix a noise problem that others couldn’t and was honest about what we could expect from our aging system.

Recently: Phil was very professional and personable and pleasant. He was on time, listened to my concerns, and didn't mind me hovering by him to watch him work. I needed a filter for my interior intake and he said he didn't have it in his van, but later that day he showed up with one and installed it. He went out of his way to take care of me.
Last year: Henry Mechanical sent out someone to do a check up. He was very pleasant and efficient. I told him the bedroom was always colder than the rest of the house. In minutes he was crawling under the house and took photos of bad ducts to show me. I had them replace my old ductwork months ago and did it efficiently in a cramped and dank space under the house. They offered me a bargain and I also installed central air conditioning. They did it all in one day! It was a retirement dream come true.
These guys are incredibly professional and courteous. They are the benchmark of customer service.

Update: The Mitsubishi mini-split heat/AC system has been installed in my home and we love it! Max and Jose were great, professional, knowledgeable, polite and did an incredible job. We love our new system and are finally warm!
