Great company! Art came out and did an estimate and didn't try to sell me anything, just gave me the efficiencies of all the various furnaces, spent about an hour at my house explaining the workings of furnaces. He is very experienced. They even gave me a complimentary ducting test.
This company was highly recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. Cancelled by Henry's Mechanical as they preferred to help others during this hot period. I understood. Rescheduled for two weeks later.
On the next appointment, there was an electrical outtage in our area, morning only. Would not change our appointment to the afternoon. Rescheduled for a week later.
The technician arrived on time, but he had the wrong filter. GUESS WHAT?
Rescheduled for two weeks.
Not happy.

These guys are the best. They're a great combination of very nice and very competent.

We had a complicated installation due to some zoning issues and they kept coming back without complaint until the job was done.

They also worked with us on our slightly odd payment strategy.

They installed a beautiful unit which runs wonderfully, plus some excellent Nest thermostats we're really enjoying.

Great company!!! My heating broke in late November. Henry’s called back immediately and made scheduling an appointment really easy. Erik, the technician who showed up, was really good. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. On top of all that, they didn’t even bill me and are helping me get in touch with the warranty company. I highly recommend!

Phil was professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and cleared everything through me before replacing parts. I trusted him implicitly.

The employees at Henry Mechanical are well qualified in HVAC. I've contracted with them for the last 5 years and I've never had a problem. The bids are exactly what I pay and the work is excellent. I give them a 5 star rating, but they deserve more.

We are still debating having this system installed but Andrew was very helpful his quote was great!

Absolutely amazing. On time every time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Have worked with them since 2008. Wouldn't work with anyone else. Jeremy and Theo are excellent installers. Have had them install furnaces and A/C on 2 residences.
