I liked that the service was done in a fast time and very professional way Chris did a great job. Work was done at my Cliant’s house and from now on I will be using this company for all my clients.

I had scheduled a routine maintenance for my furnace, but I got so much more! Chris promptly came to my house and completed the routine maintenance and then introduced me to the “Air Scrubber” which augments your HAVC system or furnace. It literally gets rid of air pollution in your home (smoke, dust, bacteria, germs, such as Covid) and it keeps the air in your home safe and oder free. Plus, Chris answered all my questions and helped me solve some air flow issues. Best of all, he was polite, interesting and delightful to talk with. It’s a great company, does superior work and I will certainly call them again in the future!

Loved my experience with John Owens from start to finish. I feel great about doing business with his team and will book them again for future projects.

The phone staff, estimator, and the engineer were great. When install day arrived, the techs were on time and I was blown away by how courteous and respectful they both were. True superstars.

John Owens Services hit all the marks on value and are especially good with their communication and availability. I had a furnace replaced and upgraded and it went well, was done on time (early actually) and I like the free one year service and the warranty. Highly recommended.

We had to have our hot water line replaced and John Owen's did a very professional and timely job. Tim and his helper did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterward. We hardly knew they were in the house and they finished in a very timely manner. The knowledge and skill they brought to this job made us confident that it would be handled skillfully and will last. I highly recommend John Owens and we will use them again if we need to.

The folks at John Owens Services are top notch. I had a complicated AC setup with a no attic space to go with a traditional setup. Chris and Alex worked with me to run countless scenarios of what system would work best - ductless mini splits.

After we knew the system, they again were very patient going through all the pricing options (and I asked for many) until we decided on the right one.

As for the install, Ivan and his team were super professional, timely and got the job done right. I can’t recommend them enough.

I spent two months trying to troubleshoot a non-functioning sauna heater, and was laughed off the phone by company after company when I mentioned we live in Bolinas. I was able to narrow down the issue, ordered replacement parts, and luckily John Owens Services was able to book an appointment and take on the job. The technician, Chris, was fantastic, replacing the various parts (in a very tight and inhospitable spot!) with a smile on his face. Overall, the company is fairly priced, communicates extremely well by phone/text, and at the end of the day, delivers the goods.

Excellent service and very professional!!! Honesty like I haven't seen before in along time. Although they could've tried to sell me on unnecessary services they did not and advised that we could continue to use our current HVAC even though it was an older model. My bosses as well as myself are extremely happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend John Owens Services to anyone and we will definitely be suing them again in the future!!!
