Chris came to my house and was pleasant and professional. He found some areas that really needed cleaning that may have been causing dirty air to flow around my house. He showed me pictures that it was cleaned and it looked great. I would highly recommend John Owens in particularly Chris.

Max came to do the first year radiant heat maintenance. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all questions and gave us good advice. I also appreciate that, unlike many other vendors, he did not try to sell unnecessary services.

Chris was a knowledgeable, well mannered technician who quickly diagnosed the AC system from end to end. He explained possible problem areas and him approach to repairing each component needing service. He took photos to document the work he did and reviewed his entire repair process in detail when he was done. Excellent service!!!

We have bounced around with many plumbing companies but once we used John Owens we have used them ever since for our home. Today was an HVAC maintenance check and per usual the communication on scheduling was spot on, the technician was great and explained everything that was done and it was a 5-star experience.

beyond to diagnos and repair my heater. He literally found a spider and its web inside a hole that blocked the gas flow. Omg! I had heat in minutes. A+, this young man deserves a bonus and a raise.

Our Furnace went out, and I decided to give John Owens services a try given all the positive reviews. I have to say they lived up to the reviews. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, and I had my appointment scheduled within minutes. Shortly after I was sent a confirmation email with a name and photo of my technician- Chris Burke. The next morning Chris showed up right on time and on point. He was extremely professional and friendly. Given my furnace was 30 years old, I appreciated his thoroughness in checking all the components, not only the failed piece to ensure the safety of my family. He clearly knew what he was doing and wasted no time in getting it up and running! It’s been running smoothly ever since! At times it seems like it can be hard to find honest professionals that take pride in their work and have integrity. Chris and the John Owens company were awesome and have my consideration for any future work that I may come across. Thank you for doing great work at a reasonable price!

Had a mini split tune up today. Chris Ostrom was pleasant, knowledgeable and did a thorough job cleaning the A/C units and condensers. I like the detailed invoice describing all the parts that were checked and cleaned. Very reasonable too.
