Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Yes they are good plumbers no doubt here. They have done a lot of repairs in our whole condo building. Many many leaks. Friendly. I believe I know all of their names. They have also done work in my unit and did a fine job. They clean up their mess too. Can't think of anything else to add.

We called Stephen's to come look at a A/C problem. Had the problem diagnosed within 15-20 minutes. They pulled the motor out so they could find us a new one. Came back by 12:30 pm the next day and replaced it. They checked everything else and we had AC again by 1:30.
Now, like mentioned before on another review we are a married couple
(two woman) and had 2 other company's out to look at this problem before Stephen's and the other two gave us estimates of $1500. and $1,900. dollars to fix. One of the company's is recommended on KFI AM radio.
The tech's from Stephen's who came were knowledgeable and explained very simply what was wrong and how they fixed it.
We also explained that we are on a fixed income and take care of my father who is 90 years old and they were very, very fair on pricing with us.
I would HIGHLY Recommend Stephen's Plumbing to Family and Neighbors and WILL.

I had a AC fan capacitor replacement. From the booking an appointment to the actual technician coming in to replace the part, it was as smooth and professional as service can be! Pricing seems very reasonable and honest. The technician was in an out in about 20 min! I cannot be happier.

Luis came by exactly in the window of time they gave me and went above and beyond to help solve the problem, even going as far as helping me clear some of the wall that had been affected by the leak. Stephens plumbing has always been helpful and punctual and Luis was awesome.

This plumbing company is just good, really good! Salvador, with his crew, provided fast, friendly, and professional service. They even cleaned up afterwards which we find rare these days. These plumbers represent Stephens as though they owned stock in the company. Need I say more?

Hired last year, plumber milked a 10min shower cartridge replacements into 3hrs. Didn't end up replacing 1 of 2 and recommended a whole new valve. Ended up replacing myself 5min after. Would never use again.

Needed a technician for a Saturday emergency. They showed up in a few hours and got my air conditioner working. The technician was professional and the charge was very reasonable. My regular technicians would only come out if it was an emergency by their definition. I'm switching. Thank you Stephens Plumbing!!!!
