When I realized I had to get my sewer line repaired, I was NOT happy. I knew I couldn't put it off, but I also did not want to deal with making an appointment and sitting around my house waiting for workers to finish when I had errands to run. My friend recommended Stephens Plumbing & Heating and I am so appreciative of their quality of service. They worked around my schedule and gave me many appointment time options, offered me a reasonable price, arrived to my house promptly, and finished even earlier than they estimated. Not to mention that any mess they made while working (digging, moving items around, etc.) they made sure to clean up before they left (Thank you David and Arturo!). This company is great!

I called Stevens Plumbing after checking reviews on multiple web sites and was still pleasantly surprised by the service and value that I received.

I needed to replace the hose valves in my laundry area, and called Stevens Monday afternoon on a holiday week when other shops were closed. They not only took my call, but scheduled to have someone at my house the next morning and communicated with me every steps of the way.

Tuesday morning, Victor showed up at my house and was extremely courteous and friendly, he quickly assessed the project and gave me what I felt was a very fair estimate. When we attempted to use the pressure regulator valve to turn off the water to the house we found that the existing valve did not close all the way, and so I asked him to replace this also. While victor didn’t have the part in his van, he left quickly to pick one up and was able to install all 3 valves in a very short amount of time.

When I asked victor to install the extra valve, I expected a steep increase in price, however the price that he charged me for all 3 valves and his labor was less than I expected for the work in the laundry area. On top of that, Victor also gave me a new customer discount, and recommendations on local restaurants since I’m new in the area!

To say that Victor went above and beyond would be an understatement. I will definitely be using Stevens (and requesting Victor) whenever I have plumbing or HVAC needs in the future.

I had a water leak in my laundry room/garage and desperately needed someone to come fix it asap because I couldn’t go without water for long and stephens had no problem coming after 5 pm and quickly fixing my leak. Victor fixed it quickly, well and was pleasant to talk to. He also fixed it at a reasonable price even if it was after hours. I really appreciate the work this company does. They also fixed our air conditioning at our auto dismantling yard in Wilmington! They have helped us several times and I am grateful for them. Thanks again stephens!

I have used this company for years and can\'t recommend them enough. As a single mom, I was always worried that repair people might try to take advantage of my limited mechanical knowledge. Never this company, though.

Yesterday evening my house filled with smoke from the furnace in the attic. After the firemen left, my first call last night was to Stephens Plumbing. They fit me into their schedule before 9am this morning..

Kudos to Oscar and Antony who were here to fix an unrelated air-conditioning problem two weeks ago. They carefully explained everything they did. Excellent work!

My appointment was in the afternoon, but when a time slot opened up late in the morning they offered it to me which I'm glad because it deconflicted a lot of my afternoon schedules. Anyway, Victor came in and he was friendly and professional. He resolved all my drain & toilet issues expediently. I will not hesitate to utilize their service in the future.

Called on a Monday about plumbing work (sink), had Victor out Wednesday morning - went great. Great estimate/prices, great work with quality craftsmanship, and took the time to make sure everything was 10/10 before wrapping up.

I've used them before for A/C and that also went just as great.

I appreciated that Miguel Lira of Stephens Plumbing showed up in a mask, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our plumbing problem was a bit complex, but Miguel was dedicated to finding a successful solution. He was very patient and explained step by step the challenges he was encountering, possible solutions and answering our many questions. Victor came out to install my water heater and not only was he very professional. He installed the water heater with no mess and the job was done thoroughly and clean. I defiantly have found my new plumbing company.

Stephens plumbing has given us great service. We specifically have been requesting Matthew because he is always on time, extremely professional and courteous and always works hard to give us the best and most cost effective solution any time a plumbing issue comes up.

We had a gas leak which meant our gas got turned off until we could get it repaired. Not the best situation in winter. We called Stephens Plumbing and they were able to get someone out very quickly. They were extremely professional and understanding of our situation. They got job done and we got our heat back on. I highly recommend!
