Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I just want to say that Stephens is the first place I Call now to fix our heater/AC Unit. I called another company because of a Home Warranty but they couldn’t figure out the reason our heater wouldn’t work, but when I called Stephen’s they sent Omar and he figured it out thankfully.

Luis came in very quickly on a weekend and fixed out problem. He is a great guy and I do recommend him very much!

The technician solved the problem in a few minutes.

I did not actually receive any service from this company. My complaint is I was told someone would be at my home today between 4pm and 6pm. At 7:15 no service technician or no call to let me know when if ever someone would arrive. Poor communication skills.
