Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Got a new property and had Stephens install an entire A/C system and furnace(my home didn't have any previous Central heating and cooling system) after getting different quotes decided to go with Stephens. Omar was very informative and explained the whole process and different options we had when he quoted us. Rob the installer was great and professional and Miguel ran new gas lines for the new furnace and explained everything that was going to be done. The whole crew was very professional and VERY, VERY clean when working on my home.

Professional, competent and courteous plumbers. Galen, Freddy and Arturo inspected our main line with an interior pipe video system and actually showed me the damaged sections and what needed to be repaired. Also made competent recommendations for necessary piping under the house. Respected our home and family during their time here.

Needed routine maintenance on mini-split system. Pancho, the service tech, arrived on time and cleaned the unit really well. He struggled with the particular inverter unit I have (Pioneer 30,000 btu single stage mini split) with disassembly, but he patiently worked through it and left my system running great. He was there well over an hour and charged me $175 for the service. Fair price for what was involved. Will use them again.

Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Condition removed and replaced a badly leaking kitchen faucet for me on Sunday 8/23. The new faucet looks and works great. Really appreciate that Galan of Stephens was able to do the work quickly and precisely over the weekend so that I didn't miss work myself. Thanks again!

Had a leaky hot water pipe in the concrete slab and later to find out the water heater needed to be replaced too.

Galan and his partner, Arturo i think his name was, were very good workers, they both took pride in their work & knowledgeable. They were tidy, cleaned up and went beyond, deffently were not slackers. i was amazed how hard Arturo worked, he was extra.

Galan made sure I understood every finding and every procedure and even gave me tips on other things needed to be brought up to par. With all the explanation, I almost feel i could be a plummer now, he let me know that it's PVC pipe not PCP.

The reason for only 4 stars is because the cost floored me. I had no idea plumbing was so expensive, but im old school & to old to do it myself so it was worth it to leave it to the professionals.

Recently bought a home and had the AC installed. Miguel did all the gas hookups and he did an awesome job. He has great attention to detail and was very professional. The whole crew in fact did an amazing job and will definitely hire Stephens Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Stephens Plumbing is a throwback company. A family business that really puts pride into delivering quality and customer service into their community. I would without question rely on them time and time again. My experience with the office and field staff was the excellent. Very knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. They just want your money. Right off from the start they want to force a $300 unnecessary camera scope. I tell them oh I already have the camera in the line and I can see the problem. Sorry they say we can’t “Look” at “Your” camera we have to use “our” camera and charge you $300.

In other words they don’t care !!!
And they ONLY want your money!!!

Beware the con!!!

I had Stephen's Plumbing out last week to replace an old water heater. They were able to give me the price over the phone and I didn't have to pay a dollar more!! They really made the whole process very easy. I'm so happy I chose this company and I plan to use them if I need anything else done!
