Last winter we called in because our heater was not working. We were quickly able to get a Stephens representative out to us. He actually got our heater repaired in about 15 minutes and even did so free of charge! Great business people looking out for the customer, we will always use them for any future needs since they took such great care of us!

Our new HOA uses Stephens Plumbing. I called them and they came Monday 1/11/16. I had a leak under my sink and I had turned the shut off valve off. Plumber Salvador and his helper Mr. Luis show up on time exactly at 11:00 a.m. We spoke about the problem they got to work immediately Mr. Salvador asked Mr. Luis turned the shut off valve back on. it start to leak on the garbage disposal side. Mr. Salvador immediately said you need a new garbage disposal. I also told him about my cracked toilet. He went and bought a new garbage disposal and new toilet. They buy, replace both garbage and toilet in about 2 1/2 hours. My bill was so reasonable I was so in shock. My bill was cheaper than our old plumbers who charged me .$600 to put new faucets that I bought myself in my bathroom sink and shut off valves. When I had ask this company why so much they said the hot faucet is more expensive than the cold. They charge separate. I know that company ripped me off and I was traumatized by them. I had lost faith in ever calling a plumber. Stephens Plumbing is honest and reasonable. They are quick and professional. Thank you Stephens Plumbing. Casa Verde Estates.

Williams was the plumber who came to our house. Excellent service, fast, v. professional and explained problem in detail. Once it was fixed, re-checked twice to make sure everything was fine. - Stephens plumbing has always been great and Williams was no exception. Thank you as always for a job well done.

Very poor experience regarding the responsiveness from this business. An appointment was set up in a 2 hour time frame. I was informed they were running late and then heard nothing. Two hours after the appointed time, I called the business. They told me I was next but could not give any further update. At this point, I had waited 4 hours for them to fulfill their obligation. Needless to say, I cancelled the call and will not use them in the future.

The technicians were excellent and personable. They were on time and had good communication. Definitely will use them again!

So far I’ve only received a quote, but I was impressed with the professionalism, options, and overall quick timing of the visit. I’m looking forward to working with them.
