Urso Air Systems

Urso cleaned and serviced our 4-zone mini-split system in our house and did a great job. It was easy to schedule the appointment with the main office, and I got an appointment within a couple weeks. They also explained what to expect from the service visit. On the day, Sergio called ahead, showed up on time, answered all my questions, explained the process, kept everything clean and tidy, and worked efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and nice to talk to. Communication from end to end was excellent. Urso installed the mini-split system 3 years ago. Due to the pandemic, we did not have the system serviced until now. We have recommended Urso to several neighbors who have asked about it.

The tech was very thorough, professional and explained every step of the process. I have split systems heat and air as well as HAVC. I had them do the initial install but didn't realize how important maintaining the over system is critical. Like going to the dentist for yearly maintenance! So glad I did. This company has always been customer focused. You simply can't go wrong using them for any air/heating needs.

Sergio was wonderful - called in advance, arrived on time, and worked diligently. He was polite and explained fully and clearly what he was doing, the condition of our furnace and AC sytems and when we should call to schedule the 2nd. (Fall) service. I was very pleased with his manner and his work.
