Everybody I have referred to Urso throughout the South Bay continues to use their services. They are old school when it comes to customer satisfaction. Whether it's a remodel or a maintenance repair, they are the best value for HVAC services you will find.

After going though 3 comapnies to work on the HVAC system, one of which gutted the MERV16 electronic air cleaner when they cleaned the ducts. I contacted Urso cause it's one of the only York certified contractors. They replaced the unit and made sure the system ran cleanly. They also included another filter and showed me how to replace it.

We just had Urso install AC at our home, we were so impressed with the quality of work, the crew they sent out was so courteous and professional

-Urso Air conditionings-

So I had some work done at my mothers house. Installed a new AC.
Even though it was more expensive I wanted to go local, and so I chose Urso Air-conditioning here in San Pedro.

When I went to check on the work they were doing in the home of my 76 yr old mother, I was horrified to find that the entire house was filled
with a toxic dust
thick like smoke throughout my mothers home.

These people left a senior citizen
In a toxic soup from their work and did absolutely nothing to clear their dangerous mess. Over a dozen different toxins from drywall and other hazardous materials completely filling the air.

You could taste it on your 👅 tongue,
Throat sore and coughing within minutes...

Neither did they advise my mother what to do, they just left a human being in this situation not even opening the doors and windows.
Even worse an elderly senior citizen

I immediately called to complain about this serious issue...

They told me that they would immediately bring in some fans to help air the place out.

Four times I called during the day.
Twice I went to check again
Each time they lied 🤥 to me
Telling me they were brings fans...

By the end of the day

No 👎 Fans
Just thick dust clouds ☁️

They finished up the work, and simply took off...

No phone call

No follow up

No Fricken Fans

What would You do???

If they did this to your mother
Or child ???

What can and should be done
When people do this kind of irresponsible thing putting people’s health in jeopardy...???

I've hired this company for multiple projects and it really depends on the technician. I've had some that are really good, others were rushing and didn't do a quality job.

Urso Air was very professional and helped a client of mine with a new heating and air conditioning system and she was very happy with their service.

Completed and done in a timely manner.
