Terrific response and fix by URSO. Old gas furnace needed control board replaced. Made prior plan to have it available and when original board locked again a permanent fix was done same day.

I been working with the Urso Air for a few years now & I been having great experiences on multiple of jobs with employees at Urso Air.

I contacted Urso Air when my new heating system refused to turn on. It had been installed by another company that was no longer in business. I spoke with Sam and set up an appointment.
He contacted me the day of the appointment to let me know he was en route on time. By the time I arrived home to meet him, someone else had let him in. He had assessed the heater and left. He contacted me 5 minutes later and explained the problem was corrected. He refused payment. He stated that the gas valve in our attic was turned off and all he had to do was turn it on.
I still tried to pay him for the service call. He refused, saying, "It was only a couple minutes to fix."
He could have charged for coming out to the house. He could have lied and said whatever he wanted to. I was cold and probably would have paid whatever it took to get things working.
He was professional and honest.

We just had Urso install AC in our house. They were recommended to us. I think they did a really great job. Extremely knowledgeable and up front about everything. AC was installed about 10 days after Sam came out for an estimate. Installation was completed without a hiccup. I would definitely recommend Urso.
