Poncho came out after the service provider dispatched by my home warranty company could not find the cause of the furnace failing to ignite. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. once the part arrived, had the office schedule the repair for the next day. He arrived within the prescribed time frame and repaired the furnace using the part he had ordered. Poncho is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain his diagnosis and the preferred solution. He was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him and Stephens as a service organization. Thank you Poncho.

Had someone here same day, we had to shut off the water until the repair could be done. So very glad they had someone available to take care of this repair. Yay👍

No complaints with the technician, Sebastian. He knew his stuff. The office was not pro active in working with me so I had to keep calling them.

Stephens came by to repair my ancient floor heater. They're the experts in older floor heaters. Omar found several things that hadn't been repaired properly by another company, and unfortunately my heater got red tagged, due to a large crack that can't be repaired. Despite the bad news Stephens was very helpful and professional amd saved me from CO poisoning or a possible explosion. Thank you!

I placed a call to Stephens in October 2022- Pancho came out fairly quickly and after reviewing my 2 ( yes 2 )year old hvac system, responded by saying he would call me back same day after getting in touch with the manufacturer - Since then I must have called around 50 times, each time I am assured I will get a call back the same day, Eric, Jeanine, Dave, (spoken to all of them) NEVER got a call back, and on the rare occasion they take my call , Im once again assured of a call back and ....nothing !
Super frustrated and would not recommend them -

Our heater broke earlier this week. Omar from Stephens was able to identify the issue and fix it in a short period of time. Very impressed by the professionalism of Omar and the receptionist at Stephens I talked to when booking this call. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Stephens Plumbing! They were quick to respond to my problem (I had a leak around my toilet that I couldn’t manage on my own) and were so friendly and courteous on the phone and in person! I worked with Byron who was professional and conscientious of my time. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for any plumbing needs!

Awesome!!! Nothing else to be said. Oscar came out within one hour of us calling on a Sunday morning after our A/C unit decided to become possessed. He was not only responsive, but he was super knowledgable, professional, friendly and took the time to explain the issue rather than just fixing it and leaving. I called this place and had an estimate that was thorough and time was spent explaining things to me.. had another estimate for less work and the people who came to give estimate was in and out and gave me an estimate double what was originally quoted. When I called the company to find out why tabout the huge discrepancy I was told the plumber with the higher estimate has more experience. This was not acceptable and I will not be using this company
