This company is amazing. There employee Omar came all the way up to my house after he was finished with work to help us out with our AC which wasn’t working in our newborns room. They fixed the AC within 20 minutes. Will definitely use again.

Matthew was sent this morning to fix my non-draining garbage disposer sink. He was quick to find the problem and fixed it very quickly. The job was done so cleanly too, really appreciate his great manner as well. He even offered to look at other issue I was having.....

Making the appointment was also very easy (actual person answers the phone!!) and accurate. They also called this morning to let me know who was coming at what time, etc.

When I have any issues again with plumbing, I would definitely call them. I highly recommend this company!

At first I called them for an emergency and Victor came out to unclog my drain right away. He completed the work quickly and professionally and I didn’t have to worry about anything! No mess, was respectful, and tested everything out afterwards. I decided to call Stephen’s plumbing out for a Second time since I had a good experience but it was to help install a safer and more practical fixture option in my bathroom. Victor came out again and recommended some great options that worked with my budget and completed the work in a very short amount of time. I’m thrilled with the result, and even though it was something I could have installed myself it wouldn’t have been done as nicely or as quickly so I was happy to spend the extra to get it done right. Would recommend!

Updated: I've used Stephen's in the past for HVAC maintenance of my outdoor condenser and when it was time for replacement, didn't hesitate to get quote on 2 zone system to help cool our upstairs bedrooms. Installation and workmanship were all good.

Victor was very professional with the job. The job required a removal in a home with a pest problem. He gave good advice was always available to answer questions and flexible so I could arrange a cleanup, treatment, and repair of the water heater closet. Coordinating a return visit to install the new water heater was a breeze.
I have used Stephen’s Plumbing on several occasions. The plumbers are always professional and do a great job.

Williams came by today for a couple different fixes. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and super nice. We have been using Stephens for years and employees like Williams is the reason why.

It was cold last weekend, and our home gas heater wasn't working. I found Stephens on Google and Yelp, so I and called them on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. I got a call the next day saying there was a tech in our area, and he could come now. The tech wore a mask and was very nice. He fixed our heater and got quoted for a very fair price. I will schedule another appointment with them to fix our issue with our bathroom sink. It was a job well done, and they won me for future services.

I contacted Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning yesterday evening after I learned that my water heater was leaking. Since it was after hours, I decided to wait until the next day to have someone come out. I had planned to call to set an appointment for today, but Stephens was really on top of it and contacted me right when they opened. It was easy to get the appointment scheduled and I was pleased that there was no charge for the initial evaluation/estimate. Luis came out to give the estimate and I have to say that he was awesome. He was very thorough and I really appreciated the time that he took to explain what he was doing and more importantly, he "schooled" me on how to perform annual maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of my new water heater.
