Leonard Washington came out to my property and spent an enormous time assisting me with my sewer issue. He used the equipment to snake outside the property and inside too. He was respectful and considerate and made me feel valued as a customer. He shared information about my issue and how it could be resolved. You will not find a person as thoughtful as Leonard Washington. If I need help again, I will request Leonard as my technician.

The technician Vladimir was rude. He didn't understand, or didn't want to, the problem. He barely looked where we said the problem was. And he wanted to charge us $500. This is all after our appointment window was from 10am-2pm and he didn't show up till after 6pm.

Excellent service! Called on a Saturday with a broken water pipe within a couple hours Carlos arrived and inspected, gave me a quote to repair. Later that day Krishna arrived very professional and repaired broken pipe. This is the second time I've used ARS Rescue Rooter, will not call anyone else Highly recommend!!

Tech said it would be $1,000 to jet my 70 ft long corrugated drainpipe, which is ridiculous! Office staff should have told me this when I made the appt, so as not to waste my time and the tech's time. I would have declined service right away.
