My mom’s shower valve broke. Eduardo the the technician was so nice! My mom is 85 and I was not able to be with her during the repair. Eduardo called me and gave me so much information on the project and was so kind to my mom. I will be a forever customer now! Please thank Eduardo for us! He is a gem.

My experience started with their friendly dispatch team when booking an emergency appointment on a Sunday. They were so understanding and helpful with getting one of their technicians to come look at the issue. I also received updates on their timing which I really appreciated. Nathan was so professional and was able to fix the problem right away leaving me stress free! Very fair and reasonable pricing, which they are very transparent about when they assess the situation. I really appreciated my experience with Rescue Rooter and I highly recommend using them! Thanks again!

My kitchen drain plugged up and being the handy sort of fellow I am I simply went to Home Depot and bought a drill operated rooter and a bladder, how hard can this be, right. Well 2 days and well over a hundred bucks into the "simple fix" I called ARS, who within 2 hours sent out Carlos M. who happened to be training David. 20 minutes later the drain was flowing perfect. It was actually a pleasure listening to Carlos explain step by step what to do, and this wasn't David's first rodeo because he jumped right in there and got the drain unplugged in just minutes. Carlos had him run the rooter through a few more time for safe measures. Next time I call ARS first, save money and frustration as well as not having cut up knuckles and arm. And as if getting the job done inexpensively and fast wasn't enough, as they were climbing into the van Carlos said that the repair was covered for 3 months so if I have any more problems just call them back. Unbelievable, 3 month warranty on drain clearing. Professional, courteous just a real good experience all around!!!

I have no complaints about them. The plumbers know how to fix your plumbing problem. They came out promptly and my tech Leonard was efficient and professional. Thumbs up for Ed!

I called ARS for service/repair of my water heater that wasn’t working. Leonard showed up promptly. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and took care of the problem with my unit. A+

The office got back to me right away after I sent an inquiry. The plumber, Mark was super nice, on time, professional and thorough. The problem was solved quickly and the experience was overall incredible. Best ever experience with a plumber or any repair work for the house!

I have used this Company before and they were great! Prompt, courteous etc! Had another issue this time with toilet and bathroom sink.
They were prompt, courteous etc however the cost for a toilet valve was way too expensive but we were in a bind so we went ahead ! We had our own handy man fix our toilet valve for 1/4 of this cost.

Had a clogged toilet in an upstairs apartment. Randy discussed potential problems downline, which did occur. He handled both issues very promptly and expeditiously. Use respectful, professional, and courteous. Feel like we got great service and took care of our tenants quickly.

My water heater totally stopped working on Saturday, Feb. 25th as it was over 30+ years old. I called this company and they had a consultant/technician come by the same day. I called for service on Monday, Feb. 27, in the am and they scheduled me for that same day. Three nice technicians worked beyond four hours (as originally stated), tirelessly in a cold garage to make a brand new water heater work with age-old pipes. They finished the job -- although one came back the next morning to install a part to prevent leaking. There was no extra charge. Everything was covered in the quote provided by the tech. and their office. I am very pleased with the service of ARS/Rescue Rooter. Thank you, thank you!

Kitchen sink was plugged. Eduardo showed up early, also discovered a cracked pipe. He fixed the problem. Excellent service
