I called this company on a Saturday morning with an urgent plumbing need and they said they would send someone between noon and 4. Sometime after noon they called to say that they did not have anyone until the same time frame on Sunday afternoon. I agreed to hold on another 24 hours. On Sunday afternoon, 90 minutes into the time window they called to let me know they would not be sending a plumber on Sunday either. Both times they offered me $50 off for the inconvenience. $50 off zero service is not really an incentive, a genuine commitment to show up would have been of more value. It is really disappointing - if they couldn’t honor the job this weekend they they could have let me know from the start instead of leaving me to sit at home like a lemon waiting for their visit for 2 days in a row. Do not recommend, they are not to be trusted.

Krishna did a great job and my problem was fixed but I was quoted $125 to fix the problem
But had to pay $561 which I couldn't afford. Scam company.

Great and friendly service. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and fixed for us that night. Will be using their service again if it's ever needed.

Terrible service, I booked a 8-12am slot with them for a drain camera the day before, I received a call at 945 on the day of saying they would arrive between 1030 and noon. At 1230 no one had arrived so I called to find out what was going on. After a long time on hold I was told that their technician called out sick and no one was coming today. I reviewed with them that I had been called two hours earlier and that they had confirmed their arrival. It was repeated to me that there was no one available and that I could reschedule the next day, which of course I did not. No apology was offered.

The service from Rescue Rooter was very professionally done by Vladimir Verline. He was very kind and treated me very respectfully. On top of his professionalism he left my bathroom very clean and spotless. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. We need more technicians like Vladimir that treat the customers with respect and do a wonderful job with explanations on why and what he's doing. Thank you Vladimir for your service.
