The wanted $750 to change out the valve parts of a toilet - Home Depot sells the parts retail for less than $50 - My wife told them to go eff themselves and it cost me $100 trip charge for that!

This company is a scam. They tell you about a 83 dollar deal for a mainline but if you have. a lateral line issue it’s gonna cost $480.00 dollars. Both lines essentially take about the same amount of time to clear. It’s the old bait and switch folks.

They showed me what the problem was and kept me informed as to what needed to be done and the cost of repairs. They were very courteous and respectful of my property.

I don’t know about everybody else but me personally every time I need something to be done with the plumbing it always goes through my head is this the right company I’m choosing?, is this guy going to scam me?, am I gonna be over paying?, etc. etc.

My toilet was draining slow. So called them. Even on. Sunday they respond pretty quick. Within 2 hrs of calling a tech Ricky Torres was out to my place. He listened to my issue intently and understood what was going on. He immediately bought his tools and within seconds unclogged my toilet. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional technician.
