Great customer service was able to help me find a non standard tool with a mix of 'online' and in-store experience.
Though having to provide the credit card billing info in person to type in computer caught me off guard. Guessing it's a way to get the customer's address. I didn't have time and needed the tool, otherwise I would've considered not giving it.

Great people who work there I love all of Granger top of the line name products I picked up deoxit D5 a product that they only carried on line but they delivered it to the store for to pick it up that particular product is very helpful for people who want to get rid of corrosion very quickly I highly recommend this product in the store is very good so read up on this particular product you will like it believe me I hope I was out some help for you out there with anyone that works with electrical equipment because it's electrical say and it takes away corrosion quickly if you have crackling going on in an amplifier or guitar gets rid of it instantly for a lot of years and never came back any of my problems once you apply this stuff it works great on computer boards but you have to read there a different particular products that this particular product puts out so you have to make sure each one is for your needs
I stepped inside a Grainger for the first time this morning to try and find some fire extinguisher signs. Carmen in the showroom provided excellent customer service and helped me find what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.
Order was messed up 3 times and then was told when I asked if there was anything they can do was told not really called the 800 number and asked to talk to the local branch and guy was kinda rude and wouldn't put me though to them or give me contact info for the branch location. Overall very very disappointed and dissatisfied
