This is one of the worst companies we’ve hired to work on a plumbing issues on our property. Work started in November 2022 and it is now February 2023, the work on our property has yet to be completed. ARS convinced us to contract them for two jobs, one they started in November. Process was, they do the work an inspector comes and close up the hole. Easy right? A Project Manager came and did an inspection and discovered more work had to be completed, therefore the suggestion to keep the hole open to continue the work. We agreed. It is now February 2023 and there has been no progress, no updates. At some point we were told that the city in which we live in had issues with ARS insurance certificate because they filed the wrong paperwork. We were also tile we were 1 of 4 properties in San Leandro which have outstanding work. Mind you we did not find this out until months later after calling, emailing and calling the ARS team. Each time we called, the general manager and the project manager happened to either be on vacation, out of the office, sick, in a meeting. Each time we called we were told by their reception, “our GM or PM will call you right back” or “will call you in 20min.” PM also said in a conversation that the situation may need to go up to legal. No one ever called back. At some point we started to gather they were ignoring our calls.

The hole ARS created is pretty big, and is located right at our doorstep. At one point someone had to come back and cover the hole because it was not covered properly and one of the children almost fell in. Someone came back immediately after we reported that to cover it with a bigger board. Also it’s been exposed to rain and it’s right by our foundation. To top it all off, money had been COLLECTED BY ARS for the first job. My understanding of contracts, money will be exchanged once work is completed. IT IS NOT COMPLETED. Not at all not in compliance.

We have no complaints of the techs who worked on our property but the lack of communication from management and project manager at this location is horrible. How do you start work, not finish and feel comfortable taking almost $8,000 from a family? WE NO longer want ARS to complete the second job.

Eduardo came out to inspect one of my sump pumps that was installed by ARS 5 yrs ago. He was very professional and wore his mask. He took measurements of my sump pump lid for replacement. He was very pleasant to work with and very helpful, helping me clear the area of outdoor sump pump.

The team at ARS were professional through the entire process. They identified the problems, gave a detailed quote and plan for the project, gave specific timing and pricing that they stuck to, and were very easy to coordinate with from beginning to end. I also believe they did a high quality job that should alleviate the problem for the long-term.

A little sad installers tracked a gummy substance into my condo marking up my floors. Service was responsive and expensive for labor but complete. I would use them again after further research on cost estimates.

We had a major leak in the bathroom shower. They arrived the next day, did the entire repair and came back when we had a question. Outstanding gentleman that did the work and very professional company. Thank you all for excellent service!

said they would come between 8-12. Called throughout day to say they were delayed. Got here around 4. Fixed the sink in a short amount of time. After fixing it notified me there was no guarantee and if it broke again they recommended changing the faucet. Sink broke again 2 hours later. Called company who said they would have a manager call me. Still no call 2 days later. Had a different plumber repair the sink.

All though, it took until the next day to get service, I was very happy what service I did receive. Leonard Washington, our technician was very personable and professional. He took care our needs and for that my wife and I are grateful. The only thing I would recommend is that they more technicians on staff to service more people.

My technician, Jay, was very professional and did a good job talking through the services he was providing. He also located a potential source cause for the ongoing sewage issue that has been recurring since the building’s inception. I’d highly recommend using their services!

Randy is a perfect technician we have no complaints with him he seviced us several times always perfect. The support team sucks. we had a window od 12-4 and were called once at noon. we could not undestand the call and went back to sleep. I called back at 1pm and was lied to several times by support staff about when someone was coming. It took until after 5.15 pm to get help. A friend recommended another sevice that has more positive feedback on yelp and also charges less.
