I called early on a Sunday morning with a clogged tub drain. They came over within a few hours and handled it with ease. The gentleman that showed up could not have been nicer, and the company charged me what I thought was totally fair.

They were able to schedule an appointment for me within 24 hours. The technician showed up on time. They used an electric snake to unclog my drain and offered a 30 day warranty on their work! They were able to answer my questions and offer possible solutions.

I haven’t use their services yet, but I did have someone come out to give me an estimate.. his name was Alejandro. He was so nice, professional, so courteous and very knowledgeable.

We had a tankless water heater installed. Seemed to be having an issue and it turns out to be a problem with the shower head. These guys are great! On time, efficient, clean and professional.

They crew is responsive and knowledgeable. Just one thing - I asked to be transferred to a plumber for a technical question but the two people the answered the phone won’t transfer me. They asked on my behalf while I was holding and told me that they don’t install something that I wanted done but the plumber that came to the house said they do.

This company has a polite, efficient, knowledgeable service team with a depth of equipment on hand. Noah came out to decipher my plumbing problem and explained it thoroughly.

Got a same day appointment, and technician (Randy) was professional, provided information about scope of work and potential problems with (none occurred, thankfully), and proceeded to work efficiently and with care for a tricky situation. I've used this company before for other plumbing issues, and will use again if needed.

I spent nearly $8000 to have a new sewage system installed. When I had an issue, they told me that everything was covered under warranty because it was less than six months ago and I had a warranty of two years. The service coming out was very good, but I was very disappointed to get another bill for $260 for a simple visit, after being told that I would not be charge for this by the manager, I spoke with as a person who is challenged financially. Currently, it was a shock to get such a bill at the end after all that I had already paid so happy about the service very disappointed with the lack of consistent messaging and charges.

With house guests arriving in a few hours, our sewer lateral clogged late Friday night. By early Saturday we had a definite appointment with Rescue Rooter. Two very competent pleasant men (Mark & Ed) arrived within the appointment window with clean organized equipment. They efficiently cleared the clog and ran a camera inspection for a bargain basement price. Inspection clearly showed a sewer problem requiring replacement, but we were okay in time for our guests. Top notch service.

They arrived on time. They were nice snd very professional. The person know what they are doing and fixed the problem very quickly. I’m glad I called them, rather than doing it myself. It was worth it.
