I recommend ARS Rescue Rooter (East Bay). Making an appointment with Sherry over the phone was quick and easy. She was pleasant and compassionate as I described my plumbing issue. Eric called me to confirm the appointment. He was also professional and understanding. The technician, Eduardo arrived within an hour! He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He even wore shoe covers! He repaired my shower within a couple of hours. Thanks so much!

Many thanks to Krishna, the tech who was so professional, friendly and competent, figured out the issue quickly and resolved it, even though it was the end of his workday. Thanks also for Nicole who was so kind to accomodate us in our family situation quickly, even though they were backed up. We called ARS Rescue Rooter for our clogged garbage disposal. Lissa was awesome and listened to our issue. The plumber, Randy, was able fix our garbage disposal by snaking the drain, when another company had told us that it wouldn't be possible to do so. He showed up early (an hour before we expected) and was very professional & experienced! It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. The other company we tried had us wait 5 days for a plumber to show up. We're super grateful for Randy!

Omg...how do I begin! Mr. Ed, Jay & all the workmen have been so caring & supportive during my ordeal from beginning to end. Diagnosis of the sewer line problem was quickly assessed & confirmed with camera footage. The workmen were professional & the sewer line replacement was a job well done! Thank you all so much!!

Great service!, I called on a Sunday late evening, I was surprised they responded quickly and they we're very quick to let me know the availability to replace a shower valve, the very next morning they sent Eduardo to fix my leaky valve. Eduardo was knowledgeable and professional and explained the situation, he went the extra mile to ensure the water pipes we're installed properly against the wall and no leaks. Overall great experience!

We had a pipe come off beneath our kitchen sink and it was the day before a holiday. We were worried about finding someone come to fix and assess if there were other leaks. I worked with Carlos and David on the first day who were able to quickly fix the leak. Carlos came back the 2nd day (on the 4th of July!) with his colleague Stephen and did a full leak assessment. They were super thorough and thoughtful!
