We had a recurring blockage in our Main Sewer line and Eduardo our technician was friendly and worked on the blockage until it was cleared.

He also made a note about the distance to the clog, so I can follow up with the city.

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star. They lie and have a false advertisement about drain cleaning for $123.00 or its free. After coming to my house I was quoted a price of $487.00. After calling another company, I was quoted a price half of what this company wanted to charge.

They said they would send a plumber by 8 pm, then kept me waiting until after 9 pm, and sent someone with only sewer skills who could not fix my water line issue. I missed out on three hours of time I could have been waiting for another plumbing company or going to home Depot. Disappointing.

They did do good work on our sewer line replacement last year, but they could have just told me they couldn't help this time instead of wasting my time.

We were very pleased with ARS services, from the scheduling through the repair. We were kept well informed of the technician’s estimated arrival time and Leonard wasted no time in solving our problem. We were particularly pleased to find such responsive service the day of Xmas Eve!

Would not recommend. Would not give me a price to snake toilet until on property. Then quoted $280.00. More than double what the next person quoted and finished the basic job in 10 minutes.

Sink drain clear. Good job. It was bathroom double sink and I couldn’t clear with my snake as I needed to get around a corner. The $600 price was more than double of what I expected.

Our toilet was clogged and backing up into the bathtub. He fixed all of it, and even repaired the broken sticker in the Bathroom. He was amazing, I will definitely call him again if there are future problems.

Sewer water was back-flowing from the bathroom sink. They opened up the pipe and used a machine to hack apart tree roots growing in there. Fast and professional service.

Ricky was here at exactly the time I was quoted and finished up within 20 minutes, super friendly and professional guy with answers to all the questions i had. I have used ARS for a few plumbing jobs at this point and will continue to in the future. Every person I've met from the staff has been great. Also, just want to mention that my previous installation-service from Mark was excellent as well. Thanks again to the team at ARS!
