I recommend them for the annual AC tune up. We got one of their fliers after they worked at my neighbors house. They came out the next morning and serviced my unit. Everything from the initial call to the scheduling to the service was top notch. I recommend them for anyone in Chula Vista looking for a tune up.

These guys are great. During this last heat wave, my old AC wouldn’t turn on. I called them for a service call and they were able to come the next morning. I highly recommend this air conditioning company. I recently moved into a new home in Poway and the previous owners never bothered with having AC. I called a few companies for quotes and Friars was one of them. Carlos the sales guy was very professional and he explained the new system very well. The installation crew arrived on time and got to work. The work area was kept clean and they proceeded to install the new furnace and AC unit in a timely matter. Great group of guys. I called them for a tune up. My technician rick was on time , he was clean cut and honest. He let me know my system was on it's last years (20 years old ) and I needed to think about replacing in the near future. Went above and beyond and checked on my cooling system to ensure my system was working correctly.

This company was really easy to work with. I saw one of their posts on Facebook and reached out. Carlos came out to my house and gave me an estimate to adding a mini split to our older home. Their pricing was in line with the other companies I talked to but I liked their financing offer. New system works great.

My air conditioning unit stopped working in August. I called several companies to come out and take a look but all were booked up for weeks. Friars was able to send a tech to at least look at it the following day. I needed a replacement unit and was able to schedule for them to come out the next week. It was refreshing to have a company hear my concerns and willing to send someone to at least diagnose the problem in a reasonable timeframe. Friars saved the day! My AC is working again! Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Communication was awesome! I got a text and email from Jennifer within minutes. Then followed up with texts from Rick, the technician as well. Rick arrived on time and was very professional. From wearing booties when in my house to wearing a face mask to keep everyone safe. Rick showed me the exact parts that were causing the issue and had my house cool right away. I highly recommend Friars!
