The best plumbing company or contractor I have ever used. The sewer recliner job was finished on time and on budget. There employees are first rate. Starting with Joshua on outlying the work to Miguel supervising the work. They finished today but didn’t get a chance to photo the finished concrete work.

I have used Anderson plumbing before the technician Ken took care of me. He replaced the hot and cold water valves as well as installed a new faucet. Extremely professional, answered all my questions, and did not try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely be a return customer and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Ken Slater’s an outstanding service person, whenever I need work done, I will request him. He has great customer service traits, very prompt and has the skills for the job. If you lose.him you will be losing a great asset to your company. Give him a raise. Thank you very much.

Diosdado(Dee), with Anderson Plumbing and Air, performed our water heater tune up very professionally and thoroughly. He’s so knowledgeable and shared with me the basic and emergency procedures of our water heater. He’s also very polite and made sure he cleaned up the water spills on the garage floor. Overall, I’ll give him an outstanding grade and would definitely use him and Anderson Plumbing again in the future.

After returning home from a fumigation, we discovered SDG&E had placed a lock out on the gas line because of a leak in the valve. I reached out to a competitor and was informed I could have a appointment in 5 1/2 days. I made the appointment and then called Anderson Plumbing. They told me they could have someone out with in the hour. I agreed that would work for me. I contacted the competitor and canceled the appointment. Within the hour Abel arrived arrived and explained the scope of the work involved to get SDG&E to remove the lock out. He started that evening and came back the next day and completed work. Within a few hours SDG&E came out inspected the work and was able to remove the lock out. Thanks to Abel’s professionalism I have hopefully taken me last cold shower. Thank you Abel. Is isn’t beautiful.

I bought a home with an existing mini-split system, and one of the indoor units started to leak. After shopping around, I decided with Anderson because of the professionalism of the business. From the get-go, I noticed a huge difference with the customer service experience with Anderson compared to other local shops. The workers were great and they finished ahead of the estimated schedule without compromising quality.

On 6 Jan 2023 I had your company install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. All are working properly and your employee Donny was knowledgeable and cheerful. The concern I have are the water line connections on top of water heater. Photo attached shows shows a sharp bend in water line I thought was crimped. Donny assured me it would not be a problem and we checked when activated. I was stilled bothered today and so I wanted to show you what it looks like. It seems more line was used than necessary and so it's the workmanship thinking this could have been made more cleaner using less line. I paid a handsome price and thought the connections could have been better.
I also would like to know are permits required when installing water heaters? In some cases they are but not sure of CA rules.

I called Anderson to come out to investigate why my plumbing is backing up. Extremely professional, on time, and reliable. If you've ever worked with a contractor, you know you cannot have all three. Just use these guys.

Booking online was so simple, and the booking agent who organized my appointment was clear and kind. My plumber Anthony was a pro. My sink faucet was broken and he was happy to help. He was very courteous, punctual and I appreciated that he tried to clearly explain what my plumbing issues were so that I understood the work he was doing. He presented me with multiple options for a fix and let me be in charge, while also advising me on the pros and cons of each choice. He did a fine job, went out shopping to get the right parts for the job so I wouldnt have to, and left my home in good shape. The faucet is fixed with great and solid quality.

The service is more expensive than other companies, BUT this company provides the convenience of online booking, warranties for the work IN ACTUAL WRITING, and unlike some smaller companies that might now be around in a few years, I know I can trust Anderson to fix things should anything go wrong. If you're fixing your home and PLUMBING don't only go for the cheapest option. Go for the quality option, and that's Anderson.
