Wanted an expert opinion on a new, knocking noise coming from our pipes. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable his entire visit. Provided a quick and efficient check and made sure we understood what was happening.

I received a text before Rudy Vasquez came out. A very pleasant text message identifying who was coming and provided a brief bio of Rudy. This made a world of difference to me! We are off to a great start, and it kept getting better and better!

I had a great experience with Jorge Duran and Anderson Plumbing. My main drain clogged at 6pm on a Friday and they were able to have someone out 8am the next morning. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and nice to deal with. He took care of the problem quickly and there were no hidden fees or changes from what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended!

Rudy Vasquez did an exceptional job of installing my washer/dryer combo, replacing my garbage disposal, and fixing my toilet tank. He’s a top-notch professional who does great work. Anderson PHA needs to clone him.

Joshua came out and detected the leak in our water heater. He gave us options for a new unit and we selected a tankless water heater. Joshua installed our tankless hot water heater, and thus far we are very happy with the unit. He was professional, wonderful to work with and did a great installation. It was an around good job! Very pleased. 😊

Pretty annoying, the scheduler doesn’t think to ask what kind of A/C unit it is, because apparently “Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air” can’t operate on water sourced heat pumps. One would think they’d clarify that before sending a technician at 5pm.

Waste of my time. The tech seemed cool but unbothered that I took my entire day waiting for this to be fixed.

Brian informed me prior to arrival about the process and reinformed me when he arrived. Did everything quickly with minimal damage. He covered up all the furniture near by and cleaned up when he left. He also Checked everything before and after the repair. Great Work. I'll probably calling anderson plumbing for other work.

We had a slab leak that was diagnosed as a total system failure in the water line. Joseph Cuevas (Jo Jo) examined the situation and came up with a plan of repiping above ground. He made it his personal mission to make it as quick and affordable as he could and (along with his helper Alphonso)got it done in the 3 days he promised. He also explained what he was doing along the way, as well as being friendly and courteous. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say to have a hard copy available of estimate and paid invoice for older customers who are not tech savvy.I commend Anderson on their mentorship program, training service member for careers when they get out.

Josue came out and had our main drain line unclogged in no time. Super friendly guy! Overall experience working with Anderson was A+. Excellent communication and they were able to fix our clog for a very reasonable price. Will work with them again.

Scott and Mike were amazing! It was a routine review of our plumbing and drainage but they gave me such confidence in how they handled it, educated me, and ultimately feeling like I have “a guy” for plumbing that I can count on.
