Absolutely terrible. They were unfriendly and rude. Useless and worthless! My cousin is on his brother’s account and he told them the business name, address and everyone in the account and they wouldn’t sell us a $5 part for cash. They wanted a photo ID for proof. I highly recommend to steer clear of this place. They don’t know what customer service is. They don’t want your business.

Mike Royal has been my best go to guy for solutions. His initiative has been invaluable as he keeps me informed on designer and custom style registers and grills. Top tier product presentation and genuinely personalized customer service.

We are a small HVAC business here in San Diego, and have always used US Air for all of our materials. They have always been great, however Mike Royal has always gone above and beyond for us! Anytime we need anything, he is always available to us and always finds a way to get us what we need. He thinks outside the box, and always figures out a way to make thing work for us. We really appreciate his awesome customer service!

They get 3 stars for having most of the stuff we need in stock , fair pricing and central location to the 163, 805 and 52.

They lose 2 stars because Mike the counter guy has a poor attitude and doesn’t care about customer service. While there , I saw two customers who drove long distances only to find out the part they said they had in stock was not really in stock. Mike could t care less and you could see it in his unprofessional attitude.

This guy needs to get squared away.
