Chris was fantastic. I would recommend Friars highly. I called them and made an appointment for the next day. That was great, but Chris was able to come the same day! I had a new thermostat installed by another company but I was unable to figure out why it would get hotter when I turned on the air conditioner. Chris was able to diagnose the wiring problem and resolve the problem the same day. It wasn’t a cheap fix but it was discounted and most importantly it was done right.

I was very happy with the service I received. I got 3 quotes to replace my 26 year old AC. My advisor Carlos was awesome and they installation team was able to get the AC installed next day. Awesome ! Highly recommended for anyone in Chula Vista looking for AC replacement.

From day one our experience with Friars has been outstanding! First meeting Carlos and deciding to use them for our new heater & AC. Installation with Chris, Miguel & Gerardo was top notch. My landlord arranged for Friars come to the condo we rent, for a service check up on the AC. The technician Chris was very professional and friendly, and he found some minor fixes due to age of the unit. He explained the issues professionally and easy to understand and was authorized do the work right away. The unit is good to go for the hot summer ahead

Their technicians have been happy to explain to me the work they are doing and why. Their front office staff is excellent, too. They have excellent follow up and customer service.

Rick and Chris installed new breakers in the existing panel. They did great work in an efficient and timely manner. We would definitely use them again for any other electrical issues.
