Ken did a great job. I met them at the door. I showed him where the bathroom was we discussed toilets and he checked my spigot outside. Ken saw that the pressure on the valve was 85 Ken stated that was pretty high and asked me if I should change that out and I said yes so he put a toilet in and also he put a valve pressure on the spigot. He did an awesome job just like .He did an awesome job just like all the other three other men did. I would recommend Anderson Plumbing to anybody. They did an awesome job with everything they did. This was the first time we have used Anderson Plumbing. I was very pleased with their communication and scheduling. They not only called to see if I would like an earlier appointment when they had an unexpected opening, but they kept in touch to give me an alert when Tim was on his way. Tim was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He not only fixed a problem drain in our shower, but also assessed the problems with three of our toilets. I was very pleased with their service.

My property management company, Tenant Planet in Chula Vista was not very helpful in getting the HVAC issue for my tenant completed. So I schedule it myself through Anderson. They were able to come out the next day. They gave me a four hour window and kept myself and the tenant in the loop. Alex came out, after giving a text message alerting me that he was on his way. And I was informed that if we didn’t respond to the first text message, there will be another text message sent and then a follow up phone call to ensure that someone would be there to let them in. I have worked with other companies that don’t even do the 30 minute prior text message so all of these notifications were very much appreciated. When I called to schedule the last minute service. The receptionist that I spoke to was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. I turns out my unit does not need to be fixed but completely replaced. Anderson explain to be issue and what they saw when they went out and gave me options. They also offered to Tenant AC unit until the repairs and installation can be completed. The temporary AC unit was delivered a couple of hours after the assessment. I will definitely be going with Anderson for the replacement unit and any other future services needed. I was unaware of how old my unit was when I bought the property so this replacement was needed for sure. Their dedication to their work so far is unmatched to what I have had before. Definitely a good experience!

Tech Alex was was fantastic coming out to do a tune-up on our AC today! Professional, friendly, gave good advice, and did a solid job at a fair price. Very pleased with Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air!

This is a well run company as evidenced by all personnel at Anderson Plumbing.
Administrative personnel were helpful with scheduling and communication.
Ken Slater, our plumber was pleasant courteous, prompt, thorough, and competent. He answered all questions with no hesitation and then completed the project efficiently .
I will be using Anderson Plumbing for additional projects and requesting Ken specifically.

Josh came over to do an inspection- very nice and friendly. Abdul came over on the same day to calculate the scope of work and a price estimate.
The contractor that came out to pull the three-year old insulation (that Attic Construction shoddily sprayed-in), was done by Pro. I have to give those guys major credit for removing the fiberglass insulation and doing a remarkable job cleaning and sealing the attic! The two techs that came out to do the installation of the UV light, air plenum and ductwork were very polite, informative and professional! Thank you Anderson for a great job!

I have used Anderson twice in the last few months and have been very happy with both plumbers. Jonnie was our more recent plumber and he was patient as we explained our concerns. He did a great job overcoming obstacles that came up. All of the work he did looks great and we are overall very happy with our experience. Jonnie also explained the benefits of the VIP program and we saved money and got our house inspection done.

The technicians that came out were great, but Debbie in the office was very rude. The office was supposed to email my HOA insurance and licensing info for approval and the company took two days to not email them, had the wrong email address, and then Debbie (a supervisor) told me that the problem was that I called on a Monday and that’s why they didn’t get to it and blamed me. She then said she would have the email sent in about 10-15 minutes (time was important as the HOA needed it by end of day) and after 2 hours she finally sent it. No one ever apologized, or attempted to make it right (except one agent who I have already praised to their supervisor). I had also asked for a supervisor to call me back so I can report all this and of course no one has, I’m not the least bit surprised.

Alex was very professional and thorough. He explained everything regarding our HVAC system. He gave us his professional opinion in light of the age of our unit. He seemed to be very concerned with our homes safety, and explained what he found during his inspection, and gave options for how to resolve the issues he shared with us.

Quest plumbing issue. Technicians came out quick and on time. Fixed the problem on the spot and quoted for a repipe.
