Raoul performed a great job, while at the same time explaining all the tasks he was doing. He was very courteous and professional. He gave me several options for short and long term fixes and will send me several different quotes. In a nutshell: I am very pleased with his work and will definitely count on him the next time my AC has issues.

We had a leaky pump that was leaking under our floors. We requested help via Yelp and the owner, Juan, replied immediately on a Sunday and set up an appointment for the next morning. James came and fixed everything with great skill and was very friendly and polite. He wore booties over his shoes and wore a mask while he was here. Our A/C is all fixed for a great price! He even replaced the filter! Will definitely use them again for maintenance. So glad we found this great business!

Great experience. Rick arrived right on time after calling ahead. He explained to me what a spring AC tune up consisted of and got to work. In the end, he gave me some suggestions for future repairs but did not use any scare tactics. He cleaned everything up when done. Highly recommended.

After dealing with another well-known company, I found Friars. They diagnosed the issue (leaking coil) and offered various options at a more reasonable cost to address the problem. On the day of the repair, they were very professional, took care of our home, took precautions for COVID, and did an excellent installation of the coils. I inspected their work in the attic and saw they took extra care to do the job right! Highly recommend.

Got our heat working before the temps dropped. Replaced our filter with a temp, while our permanent dried. Gave us good insight on when to replace the system.

The staff at Friars Air Conditioning were very pleasant to work with. I have an older home in Mira Mesa and had no air conditioning. I got a quote for a single zone ductless mini split for my master bedroom. The pricing was very reasonable. No issues during the installation. They were very neat and cleaned up before they left at the end of the day.
