Robert was responsive, within 2 hours. He immediately went about checking the A/C system to search out the problem we were having. He identified the problem and fully explained it to me. He made the necessary repair and we have been very happy that the unit continues to work properly now. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is professional, timely, thorough, explains the problem, and makes the repair, ALL for a good competing price.

He was very meticulous, explaining what he was going to do with an estimate of how long it would take. Eventually giving you the price before doing the repair. Robert came to our rescue this afternoon, we just moved into our house not so long ago and and there was a malfunction with our A/C. He was able to see us the same day, gave us a detailed explanation of what is going on with the existing unit. He made a temporary adjustment to the unit (which we greatly appreciate) until we get the quotes to actually do the repairs. Nice guy and reasonable!
