Total Air did a terrific job. I would highly recommend this company. Robert, the owner and technician, kept me in the loop throughout the process. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I really appreciated how he cleaned up around the unit when he was done.

Air conditioning went out on a really hot day. Robert came out quickly to check out the problem..The problem actually was actually a bit complicated but the thing that impressed me is this guy just does not give up easy. He didnt leave until our air conditioning was running and gave me some great advice for a long term fix. I will request Robert for all air conditioning needs I have in the future. Our heater went out today (Saturday) and Robert was the only one to call us back. He said he could be here in two hours and he was right on time. He is so professional and friendly and fixed the heater and explained everything in detail that needed to be done!! We will definitely call him again when we have a problem!!

Robert Fournier was the technician that came out to my house to repair my ac unit today. He is an asset to Total Air. He is courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me (what caused the issue and what the solution was to prevent it from happening again).
