Total Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I waited for the next heatwave before posting this review, so my AC could get a good test. The AC and Total Air passed with flying colors!

This company is owned and operated by Robert and his family. He has a ton of experience and professionalism. After diagnosing that we had a broken compressor he laid out all of my options. Once I decided on a new unit he was able to pick it up and install the following day. He took his time to install the unit, connections and coolant correctly. Then he demonstrated how it was performing as advertised.

If you are in needed of AC or heating work, I endorse this company.

Robert was great with communication, he was on time and professional. Robert went beyond the original problem and fixed it. We were very pleased with his politeness and attitude. We will use Robrt from Total Air again if needed. I highly recommend them.

Robert did the annual maintenance for our central heater in my house. The price was reasonable and done quickly. We asked Robert about installing central air in our house to replace the old wall unit. He came back the next day with an estimate that was reasonable. I'm looking at the budget to see which configuration I will install.

Robert was up front about everything. He explained everything thoroughly. He was kind and respectful. He was able to fix our heater same day. We highly recommend him.

We submitted a request through our home warranty program (Old Home Republic) and they initially gave us the contact information for a company with just one star. My husband called back and requested a different vendor and we were given Total Air and felt confident given their ratings. Robert was able to come to our house earlier than expected which was great and he was very professional and respectful. Robert took the time to explain the problem to me and ensured that the problem was fixed before leaving. Because of Robert's professionalism I requested his card for future reference and I will be sure to share this company with anyone who has heating and air conditioning needs.

We have the energy savings agreement and Total air is very good at letting us know when our maintenance is due and they work well around my wife and my schedules. Robert has been our technician a few times now and he always makes us feel like we are a priority. He always goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and let’s me know what needs to be replaced and what can wait. I would recommend total air to anyone.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with this company due to the technician that came to do a service call at my home. His name was Robert. I highly recommend this company. This guy went above and beyond the scope of his job to insure that my system worked properly and efficiently. He even, on HIS OWN TIME, seeing that I'm in a wheelchair, and unable to do this myself, (although he never mentioned it)
climbed up on my roof and cleaned out the condenser on my unit to help me out, I thought it was pretty cool of him.It was full of dust from years of neglect and mud came out... it works great now.... he was fast, clean, friendly and efficient.... I WILL use this guy's services in the future...

Great customer service and honest. They made time for me on the same day when it was the hottest day and even called to come earlier. Robert came and was so friendly he made us feel like family and assured us that we would be taken care of and even welcomed us to their family. He did a thorough job and fixed our A/C. I can’t thank them enough and will be doing business with them for now on. If you want a reliable company for your air conditioning and heating needs I highly recommend them.

Total Air Heating & Air Conditioning will be my first and only call for all my heating and air conditioning problems, Robert is the best, he replaced my ac at my home last year during a heat wave when nobody else would even return our calls, he came out on a Sunday and got the old unit running and was back on Monday with the new unit, awesome service, he is such a class act I had him come out to my work to service the units there, 3 of them that haven't been serviced in over 2 years and he spent over 5 hours working on them and went well above what the old company used to do, Robert is one of the nicest people that I have ever met, he is very fair and explains the things that are wrong and even take pictures to show you what is going on and why the parts need to be replaced. I am a customer for life.
