When I called, Robert and Bobby showed up within the hour. They were courteous and taught us a few things about how heating systems work. Within 15 minutes of them being here, our heater was blowing warm. We appreciate all of their business and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air or heating services.

Robert and Bobby are amazing this is my 4th time using Total Air and I will continue to use them. Robert is honest and always provides pictures of the work performed and Bobby knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Robert b/c he did repairs on my old AC a few years ago. He was very honest about the condition of my old system and yet, he gave me choices and let me make the decision with no pressure. So, last month my AC broke again and Robert came checked my whole system carefully and gave me the same choices including simple repairs. This time, I decided to completely change my heating and cooling system and Robert did a wonderful job. He is very professional, came on time and finished on time. Robert with Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning is the most professional, kind, and honest person I have ever worked with trying to get the AC fixed. He gave me the facts and explained everything on a level I understood. He was prompt for both the initial diagnostic appointment as well as the repair day. This repair was done for my 93 year old grandfather who had gotten taken advantage of by the original installers. Robert from Total Air Heating & Air Conditioning is the complete opposite. Highly recommend using Total Heating and Air Conditioning. When I needed help with my air conditioner, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was given some options and everything was explained to me so I felt like I was making an informed decision. I decided to put a new AC and nest thermostat in. Robert and Bobby did a great job! Communication was top notch. I received appointment reminders and ETA updates. Everything was done in a day and they left everything cleaner than it was previously. I’ve been so impressed with their work I even recommended Total Heating and Air Conditioning to my parents. Happy to have someone I can trust to handle my heating and cooling needs!

Robert was very thorough and explained all of my options. He did a great job with installing my new system at the start of a heat wave. I would recommend him to anyone needing heat or AC service.

Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning came for their semi annual check up. Robert and son were respectful of my property and my home. They were here for about an hour and inspected the air conditioner and the heating. They are dependable and have reasonable prices. I recommend their business. Thank you Robert.

Robert was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, always kept me informed and updated as to the work he was doing, was incredibly patient and thorough explaining the steps and process. We ended up having to completely replace our heating and air system (it was long overdue!) but he gave me multiple options on how to address the problem, and wasn't pushy or overbearing with any of the decisions. Would absolutely hire them again for another project + recommend their services to friends!
