Robert, and his son, fixed our air conditioner, but more importantly to us, they took the time to established a relationship. We now have a "friend" we can call for all our Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Courteous professional service with through explanations and follow through. We will definitely be using Total Air for all our future HVAC maintenance and needs.

Total Air recommended the Healthy Home Package for my wife's allergies. Since having it installed within 2 weeks the air was cleaner and she had a major decrease in allergy symptoms. It has also decreased the amount of winter colds we usually get. So yes I would recommend the healthy home package for anyone with allergies or health issues.

The night before Thanksgiving I called because my air went completely went out didn't expect a phone call back until after the weekend, but within 20 minutes i receive a call , and they was at my home within a couple of hrs that night he found the problem quick and fixed it.
