Working with Total Air was absolutely a wonderful and brilliant experience. Bob helped us quickly and effecifiently diagnose and treat the issues with our AC unit, and was friendly and helpful the entire time.

Rob did a fantastic job under extreme (112 degree) conditions to respond to our emergency of a failed unit. We are extremely pleased with the new unit and would recommend Total Air to all our friends and family. A first class operation.

Went through my Home Warranty for repairs. What sounded like an older gentleman called to schedule an appointment, followed by asking few questions. Immediately, canceled my appointment, and called the insurance company and told them it sounds to time consuming and passed on the job. He only wants quick fixes for easy money. 👎👎👎👎

I am a renter. I've been complaining since I moved in that the A/C was not doing a good job to
keep me comfortable during the hot months. Total heating had suggested to the landlord that to enable increased efficiency, the duct-work in the attic would need to be replaced. When the former owners had the A/C installed, they left the old heating duct-work in and the installer did a poor job installing the unit.
Now since that the duct work was redone, the A/C does an excellent job keeping me very comfortable.
On even the hottest days, my house never got warmer than 72 degrees when the thermostat was set
at 71 degrees.

Took me awhile to leave this reply but on a hot day like today when I'm sitting in my home here in Corona feeling relaxed because I am in lovely AC I thought what a better time to leave a message about the great service provided then when I'm enjoying the great work that was done in my air condition home. Robert is outstanding! He listened to my concerns and helped us figure out why our system wasn't working and then fixed it lickety-split. Thanks so much total air as I am totally enjoying being in my air condition home!

After calling about problems with our thermostat on a Saturday, a technician showed up a couple hours later and had our HVAC diagnosed and running properly in less than two hours. Happy with the service. Also thanks to Robert, the tech who helped and explained what was causing the HVAC system to not respond correctly. Would recommend to others who needed help with their system.

Robert was very flexible and available to help with my heating system. He is very knowledgeable and explains your options well. So happy to have ran into his information on google.
