I highly recommend Total Air. Owner Robert is honest, respectful and hard working. He was always on time and never left a mess in our home. He explained all of our options clearly and did not pressure us, just gave us a professional recommendation. I truly appreciated that he left us with a portable AC while our AC was out. He has done excellent work and you can count on this company to do great work. And if you need the extra push, my dog is very territorial/protective, and my dog loved Robert as soon as they met. :-) Robert just came out in October to perform the annual maintenance of our HVAC and of course was thorough, explained what he did, and answered my question. The company will come back in March/April for annual maintenance of our AC. Outstanding company!

We called Total Air and Heating when a yellow Maintenance Alert came up on our thermostat. We weren’t to sure what it meant as we have only lived in our newly constructed home about 1 1/2 years, but wanted to make sure to have it looked at to keep problems away. We were pleased when Total Air promptly made a appointment for the next morning. Robert and his assistant/son Bobby arrived on time and explained that the thermostat was letting us know that it was time for a maintenance check of all parts of the air conditioning/heating unit, all filters and checking wires and connectors to make sure all was working properly. Not only did they check, tighten, replace and clean things but recommended a part that would help our unit not work so hard and help our unit last longer. We run our unit almost all year long so for Robert to suggest something that will help out in the long run was welcomed information. As they were finishing up, Robert asked if I had any questions. Little did he know I had a few. He graciously answered and described why and how things worked or what I needed to know so that I could help keep the unit in great shape. It was so nice to have a knowledgeable explanation of the answers he gave and he never made me feel like he needed to rush out. Wonderful care of his customer’s concerns and needs. No unnecessary sales pitches to deal with, only care of what your needs are for your lifestyle. Thanks so much Robert and Total Air and Heating for taking care of our needs! We were moving out of our office/industrial space and had to provide a report to the landlord showing that our heater/air conditioner was in good working order. I contacted the owner Robert and he was very professional and honest up front on all my questions and concerns. I hired him for the job and he did an excellent job on diagnosing our system. Luckily nothing was wrong with our HVAC system and didn't need to fix anything. I will definitely use Total Air and Robert for any HVAC needs in the future. Very happy customer.

Had to replace a motor on our AC unit. Received the best service ever! Rob and Bobby are so thorough. I will forever recommend them for any and all repairs and service.

We had an issue with our old furnace. Robert came out within a couple of hours on a Saturday. He checked it out thoroughly and found the problem. Our heating and air conditioning system was over 30 years old and we were already considering complete replacement. We set up a meeting for Monday morning, and Robert arrived with an estimate to repair the existing furnace along with 3 options for complete system replacement. The price for replacement was very fair and they have excellent warranties and service plans. Robert did a fantastic job!!! We could not be happier. He is very knowledgeable and puts customer satisfaction first. We received a text each morning when he was on the way and he showed up on time as promised. Robert made sure that he kept the working areas clean during the day and before he left for the evening. All of our questions were answered and he was very helpful showing us how the new system worked. I would HIGHLY recommend Total Air to anyone who has an issue.

I am so happy that our new air conditioner was installed quickly. It is hot outside! Robert from Total Air came out the next morning after our call and examined the problem and provided solutions. The very next day they installed a new air conditioner that has been performing perfectly. I highly recommend this service. Robert communicates well with the customer, shows up on time and stays true to his word.
