We'd admittedly been putting off some major maintenance with our Air Conditioning, but with the summer inbound, we started looking around, and found ACE.

I have a general policy of looking at a group I might do business with not by their glowing reviews, but by the lower grades - 1-2 stars. Why did this happen? And, in truth, how often?

In this case, dear reader, if you use the same measure, ACE can be judged fairly with this metric - Not because they have so many bad reviews, but because of how little that happens. Michael showed up to our house promptly and immediately got to work with his diagnosis of our system. As we suspected, there were several services recommended, but Michael, in presenting our options, was never pushy - He made it clear that our system was still working, but that the services were still highly recommended to ensure our systems longevity.

Allow me to focus on Michael for a moment: That polite professionalism continued through the whole experience, where he patiently explained his reasoning for his service recommendations, even going as far as to not only show me directly where the problems were (and what to look for!) but to thoroughly document what he had found as a good reference point for later. He also was very good at ensuring his explanations were easy to follow and understand - a skill within a technical trade, to be sure! He made the entire service process a pleasure, and I can confidently say that I look forward to working with him in the future.

After confirming our repairs, he returned within two days. On arrival, he ran through the planned repairs one last time, got to work and was done in just about two hours! Our AC is running in peak condition, and I am one cool customer.

Michaels the technician helped me out. I had work done by another heating and air conditioning place that I will not name! They did the work wrong and he rectified what was done. He was very professional, and precise. Gave me a great deal and helped me out! Very honest. I will be calling him from now on. Thank you Michael.

Michael came to do our 3-month maintenance check on the ducts and a/c unit per the family plan. He was thorough in documenting his inspection and made sure we understood everything he saw.
Michael is punctual, professional, and very personable.

Andrew blew my expectations out of the water. He came out within a few hours and immediately started diagnosing the problems. Even when we had a few unexpected problems he worked non stop to fix them. He stayed here late and never once stopped until the job was done. I will never use another AC company because no one can compare to the service i recieved from Andrew. I would like to say thank you again!

Andrew followed up with us after our initial inspection. He preformed a free maintenance check and compared his notes from his previous visit. He was helpful and provided many options to either 1) repair our unit 2) top off our unit 3) begin the process of getting a new unit. I never felt pressured about making a decision, and I felt very informed and was made very aware of the financial investment of each option.
While we still need to think about our next steps, Andrew was a great technician and we look forward to working with him again.
