Gus and Ernesto came out to investigate an issue with my thermostat. They were fast, clean, nice and very informative. Within a few hours they re-wired everything to solve the issue and had my furnace kicking out heat and even helped boost the airflow. They even checked every vent in the house to make sure the temperature and the flow was correct. Big thanks to Gus and Ernesto.

These people call me continually leaving messages acting as if I have set an appt with them. I have even called them back and asked to be removed. Continue calling me. THEY ARE A SCAM ! Trying to act as if you are a customer. SHAME ON YOU!

I am very pleased with the service and the pricing Abe the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I was very satisfied with the performances of the service technicians Gustavo and Abraham they were also very respectful to us and our home they were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing plus very through I definitely will recommend this company and the three gentlemen that we had the pleasure of meeting to any of our friends or relatives.

Have had 2 issues since purchasing unit last year, 1st issue resolved after paying $900 to fix and them/Gabe begging me to delete bad review (after doing repairs and paying $900 and making sure it was working correctly I deleted this bad review) but now we are having a 2nd and current issue after having this harsh heavy rain was getting leaks in the interior of house, called numerous times I have times and dates and whom I've left messages with and finally receiving a call from tech (Carlos said platinum/curbing is original to the house (built in the 1950's) and cost would be $2500 to replace. All he did was slap on a sealant around the old curbing (I called it a bandaid) he mentioned "well we've never had this kind of rain"‼ after speaking to a local/competitor reputable certified HVAC company I forwarded them pictures of unit and they were floored as to the poor workmanship of this installation says it would never pass code! After spending $9,000.00 plus $900.00 (from previous default) for a new AC unit we shouldn't be having problems and only being a year old!!!! I have included 2 photos: pic #1) our unit, bad workmanship! Pic #2) a correct install of a unit that should have been done. Buyer beware, poor workmanship, my next process is to file complaint with state board contractors and DCA.
