We have had two unrelated issues over the last several months and both experiences have been amazing with Ace Home Heating and Air Conditioning.

1ST EXPERIENCE (AC Repair Provided by Gus):
We had several components fail on our AC right in the peak of summer. I called multiple other companies and the soonest any of them could get out was 5 days, and others were over a week. Called Ace fairly late in the evening and Gus was able to come out first thing the next morning. Gus went above and beyond to get the unit up and running, and he thoroughly explained the repairs.

2ND EXPERIENCE (Heating Repair and Additional Service Provided by Michael):
We were having issues with our heater and Ace had Michael out to help within 24-hours. There were a few improvements I had planned for our HVAC system, and I also wanted the entire system and ducts cleaned. I mentioned the items to Michael while he was helping with our heating issue and he was able to come back out with a team a few days later to complete it all within a few hours. Just like our previous experience with Gus, Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
