Our heater hasn’t been working for two weeks we called out ACE, Andrew was our technician he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and was professional I would highly recommend Andrew and ACE thank you guys were no longer freezing!

1st visit I got from this company, they let me know I had minor issues but none of extreme concern. Gave me the option to replace the part and be up and running or replace the whole system.

Didn't make sense to replace the whole system when it was a part that could get it back up and running. 785 was the cost

System worked for 1 day. Had to call them back out to be told that my system is extremely to old and wouldn't recommend putting money into it. After spending 785

Very bad service, they use this tactic to potentially get you to buy a whole system cause you already have money into there business. They will tell you that they will put that money you already spent into a new system.

Asked Henry for any kind of refund and to take the part back. I was denied and treated horribly when asking for any kind of refund back after not wanting a whole new system

After calling and trying to speak to someone above the Manager Henry I was blocked. They stole 785 from me, I was treated very horribly when trying to leave a complaint.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
THEY USE TACTICS TO PRESSURE YOU INTO A NEW SYSTEM.

STAY AWAY FROM HENRY. SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE. Better yet skip this buisness

UPDATE:. I WAS TOLD ON March 7th from Receptionist Daniella, that if I take the negative review down I'll get a refund of $200.00 this shows they do not care about you. They want to make it "right" after the review. I'm leaving it.

Carlos and Iven were absolutely awesome. They came to the house and installed the booster fan and did many other things above and beyond to make sure the house was all set. Not only did they do an incredible job, they took the time to explain the issue with myself and my wife. True professionals. Thank you again gentleman!!!
