Reliable HVAC Service

Technician came to my house regarding my washer....quoted me a $300.00 repair and didn't even take off the washer cover. I, took off the cover after he left and found that the basin weight balance had simply fallen to the bottom of the washing machine. Dishonest crooks....

Excelent service. Expert came out same day, with no issues working with me around my busy schedule. I have used Expert twice (Air conditioning and when my dryer went out), and will definitely use them again. Each time, the employee was friendly, respectful, and super knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with the status of each repair, as well as pricing so there was no suprises.

I would give this place no stars but that's not an option. Do not believe the fast courteous service b.s. Called to see if we could get a repairman out to work on my mother's heater. They told us between 4 and 7. So we waited...at 7 no call no show. We called and got a VERY rude man/boy on the phone saying a technician would call us. No call at 8. We called again. Got a VERY snotty girl this time. Basically said "we'll call you". No explanation nothing. So we canceled we explained we had to get this fixed my mother is 87 and needs heat. She did not care and hung up.
Our name for this "company" is Unreliable and Rude!

Company repaired our dishwasher (~$183) and 2 months later unit has same issue. They apparently don’t consider that under warranty and have no one beyond the dispatcher to discuss the issue with.
