My new Furnace and AC unit was installed July 10th. The job was delayed by 2 hours because the unit ordered was a 14 SEER but should have been a 16 SEER. After switching back to the correct unit, the workers were able to complete the work on same day. I really appreciate that James T. was my lead technician.

Any well trained technician can do the same job and get it done on time. That’s nothing special because that is part of his job! However, I think James T. deserves a 5 star rating because went above and beyond his job description. He was polite & professional, and willing to help give me extra tips and tricks to extend the life of the unit.

Before he left, he told me the office personnel will complete of registration form to manufacture within 30 days of installation and will email me a copy of registration form.

James also confirmed one year free maintenance after the installation because my current maintenance agreement does not yet expire until Feb 12, 2020. This new free maintenance will extend to Feb. 12, 2021.

If James can follow up on the registration and extension of maintenance as he promised, I would greatly appreciate, I also like to thank Beth as well she has been very helpful last week.

Ron from RKM rocks! He's a pro! He explains, he shows and suggests the things needed to improve and upkeep the systems working at maximum. The diagnostics Ron did are excellent .To see them charted out, so I know what repairs are necessary and what is working well, is fantastic...If you are looking for quality work and good people you will find both at RKM!

I did not know who to call, but selcted RKM based on their Google reviews. Working with them was a good experience from the start. When I called at 7:30 a.m. on a cold morning, a real employee, Teresa, anwsered the phone and was pleasant and professional. She set up an appointment for the same day and was able to provide the name of the technician and the approximate time of arrival. Robert Flores arrived on time and also was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure it would not happen again, and did not try to hustle us for more money or repairs.
It's always a risk to work with a company you don't know, and even more risky to have strangers in your house. Working with RKM was pleasant and well worth what we paid. I recommend them highly.

I called a professional because my AC WASNT WORKING. Service was very overpriced but we were hot so I agreed to the price. He replaced 1 part and told me to go to walmart to buy filters because they needed to be changed as well. I had no idea how to change or install filters. I felt like a repair man should have had filters instead of me having to go and hire somebody else to replace the filters. I called because my AC needed to be fixed not for replacing 1 part. Part of fixing it required changing the filters. So we will not be calling them again.

RKM Heating and Air Conditioning has always given me outstanding service sometimes above what was required. In one instance in particular, there was a 120 degree day one summer, two weeks after my air conditioner had been serviced. It stopped working that day and I called RKM at 10 am. It was soon 4:30 pm and no one had shown up. I called the office and they said that the technician was having several requests that had been made before me but would show up. Sure enough, he showed up at 7:30 pm, fixed my air conditioner until 9 pm and didn't charge me a penny even though he could have if he wanted to. This technician had started at 8 am that day and worked through a very hot and dusty day! This is just one of the many stories that I could tell of superior service from RKM over the years that I have been a subscriber.
