Johnathan and Ron were the service team that came out to do annual check up on our system. They are both very knowledgeable and explained the diagnostics in layman's terms with patience.
They let me know what our system needed and where it was working fine, without any high pitch selling of things I don't need; i will definitely purchase future a/c products from them because they didn't try to pressure me.

When my nine-year-old air conditioning system stopped cooling, I called the air conditioning service company that my builder used. Unfortunately, they were booked for over a week and the temperature outside was hot, hot, hot. The company recommended a website where othe A/C contractor companies were dispatched, and RKM scheduled an appointment the very next day, called as promised in the morning, came on time, and did the job professionally and courteously. The repairperson, Matthew, was friendly and explained the malfunction and a couple of options for fixing the problem and their one-year warranty, including a couple of free on-site checks for the heating and A/C. You will love this company's service. More recently, my heating stopped working and Matthew came to fix it and a couple of weeks later came to install a part that will prevent trouble for years to come. Everything as done perfectly, and RKM's office staff and Matthew were courteous, professional, and skilled.

Ron was wonderful. He performed maintenance on our ac and caught an issue. Thanks to him we will have a worry free summer with an efficient running air conditioner. We highly recommend RKM Heating and Air and their amazing staff. They are honest and care about their clients.

Second time using RKM and completely satisfied with their service. 95 degrees outside and my AC is not blowing air. Called at 8:30am and received an appointment window between 10:30am-1:30pm. Technicians showed up at my house at 10:43am. I explained that the FAU was not coming on (condenser was working). They diagnosed a bad fan blower motor within 10 minutes (1. Checked for excess voltage 2. listened to sound of bad bearings 3. manually started motor by bypassing thermostat). The motor bearings were failing after 10-years and causing excessive heat, friction, and high voltage to get the fan blower to spin (controller board stopped the motor to protect the unit). Like I said, they thoroughly explained the problem. They provided a cost estimate and completed the repair in 1-hour with supplies carried in the van. I signed up for their $160/yr "Comfort Club" which offers 15% discount on work and includes two free tune-ups per year (clean unit, check furnace burners, check condenser, check refrigerant, replace filters, lubricate parts). After signing up for the Comfort Club my final cost was only $5 more than standard pricing. Now I get two free maintenance tune-ups over the next 12-months. Extremely satisfied with RKM's work and customer service. Richard and Brandon did a great job. Would recommend RKM to all my friends and family.

RKM installed our HVAC system 5 years ago (including all new ducting). Their level of professionalism is quite rare. The system is remarkably efficient (it uses 25% less power than the one in our prior house despite having to heat/cool 1200 sq. ft. more space). Their service techs are knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

They have a great team. Today, Jonathan serviced my business for our routine maintenance and pointed out some other areas that also needed care. Jonathan was not only polite and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and thorough when he explained what was done and what needed to be taken care of. I love everything about this Company. I had a brand new unit installed with them recently, the price was phenomenal compared to other companies. But most importantly the quality of work they provide is so satisfying! I get compliments on the appearance and the neatness of the install all the time. Dominique was my technician. He was pleasant and professional. He explained and showed me pictures to understand what service I needed. After the job was completed I talked to him how another service had told me twice I needed a bigger return but never came back to do the job. Dominique look at my return and went in the attic. Afterwards he showed me pictures why I could enlarge the existing return. We agreed that the best room would be the living room. He gave me a quote and said the office will call me with a date and time. Dominique is an excellent representative to the business.

Jonathan came out to do a check-up maintenance on my AC system. Upon completion, he thoroughly explained his findings. I’ve been with RKM for about 2 years and have had nothing but the most positive, personable, and professional interactions with the company (from the office team to the field techs).
