RKM Heating and Air Conditioning

I always have RKM do a twice yearly maintenance of my A/C and Heat system. Very happy with this company. Will continue to use them.

I have used RKM for my semi-annual HVAC checkup and they are always friendly and professional. I also used them for a repair of my air conditioner a couple years ago on a 100 degree plus summer day.

While another company came out first (warning: that company was sent out by Home Depot), RKM made the repair for around $700. The other company tried to rip me off with a quote in the thousands.

That makes RKM honest in addition to excellent.

Had an amazing experience with this company, they went over everything that was being don to our system before and after everything was complete . They have great customer service and communication. They sent us emails with reminders of tech coming out with the date and time , they also text and call you when tech is in route to your location. Over all it was a great experience and they have an awesome program to keep your systems running smoothly. Great work RKM !

Our house had to go through mold remediation. One of the scope of work was to get the HVAC vents cleaned & sanitized. I received quotes from 2 other companies recommended by the mold remediation company. I researched other companies to compare rates, reviews & expertise. I decided to go with RKM. The owner responded to my Google text right away. He was very knowledgeable and provided me options that allowed me to select what is most appropriate service that is necessary. I appreciate the fast response via Google business text messaging. It was convenient & efficient. The guys that did the work were personable and professional. I needed good documentation since the mold was a failed disclosure by the seller. They made sure to take lots of pictures. And top it off, they have fair and competitive pricing. Highly recommend RKM and will continue to use them for all our heating & air maintenance & needs.

We contacted RKM about doing an AC replacement on a 17 year old AC Unit. They were very responsive. Robert came out on Monday 07/19/2021 and inspected our current unit and gave us three different options and gave us a detailed explanation of what each option covered. No pressure as to which one to choose. Price was reasonable considering the work that needed to be completed. We scheduled the installation with the receptionist for Friday 08/23/2021. They kept us updated via text and were very prompt. The installation was scheduled for 09:30 with actual installation time of 6 to 8 hours. The installers Omar and Anthony were very polite and courteous during the installation. Installation took around 7 hours and everything is going great. Very pleased with their excellent service, customer skills and workmanship. Were staying cool!

Called RKM early on a Monday morning in a bit of a pinch. My wife and I had just bought a new washer and dryer (as I thought our old dryer had gone to meet Jesus), only to discover the new one had the same issue due to a clogged dryer vent. Long story short these guys quoted me a fair price, came out same day, we’re on time, completely courteous and professional. They cleaned out the dryer vent, made sure everything was working correctly and just overall made the process pain free and easy. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks a lot!

Called RKM last week when I had another company come out a few days prior to inspect an on going AC issue. The company I had prior to reaching out to RKM had given me a suspicious diagnostic to my AC issue. I decide to get a second opinion so I did some research and came across RKM which had outstanding reviews and had a great business profile BBB etc...
I’m glad I did because RKM was outstanding from the very first phone call that I made to them. The person that took my initial phone call was Alicia (I believe that’s her name) and she was wonderful at listening to my chief concerns and offering a sound solution. She was very prompt with scheduling me an appointment a few days out with numerous follow ups confirming the appointment leading into the consultation day.
It was a great pleasure to have Richard arrive at my house and have such a very well experienced and true gentleman of his craft service my request. Richard was very knowledgeable and has an amazing attention to detail. Furthermore, his communication with his findings along the way was on point. His work was thorough, precise, and more importantly... honest! He answered all my questions and I loved the fact that he took pictures of the issues that needed repair and attached them a long with his assessment of the situation and sent to me via email.
This sort of value and work ethic is hard to come by these days but RKM and Richard went above and beyond with exceptional service! Do not hesitate to call them for your repairs and definitely request Richard! 5 google stars is not enough so I give them another five of my own.

The Tech Axel Garcia was a really nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation. I'm happy I purchased the maintenance contract from RKM, well worth the money.

RKM went above and beyond to install my new system during our last heat wave. My 23rd year old system finally failed and was time to be replaced. Jynesa came out late on a Friday evening to evaluate the current system and provide a quote for new system. They were able to accommodate the install for new system two days later on Monday. Even went so far to lend us portable AC units to keep the house cool until new unit was installed. Thank you so much to RKM for going above and beyond to help us.
