My husband and I were very impressed with our technician Drew. Drew was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Drew did not attempt to pressure us into things that weren’t necessary which was a definite plus for my husband. Drew made our experience with RKM quick and painless. It was an absolute pleasure. Bring on the triple digit heat!

First time using RKM heating and air conditioning, Omar and Bryan did a GREAT JOB with providing their services. Will be calling again if needed.

Call to get a quote on service repairs and when I set my appointment up with Daniel it was not explained we would be charge $180 for someone to just show up! Then I was called by a Teresa to verify the appointment the next day when they broke the news to me, it would cost to get a repair quote.

Definitely not cool, be upfront no surprise! Not trying to waste anyone's time nor do I expect anything for free.

customer service is excellent, she is very accommodate to the time and day I selected even I later changed the schedule again for 2nd time! Richard was on time and very professional, did a good maintenance job. Answer all my questions patiently. I really appreciate the service from both of them.

This company really is in a class above all others. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I was without heat and they made sure they came out FAST so I wouldn’t freeze. Gave me options and explained everything they were doing. Definitely put the customer first. I feel I was listened to and was treated with respect.

Eric from RKM came out to service our AC unit. He was extremely professional. He found the problem we were having and gave us the best financial way to fix it. He didn't try to cheat us in any way! He fixed the problem and within a few hours, our house was cool! Because of him, we will be with the company for years and years!

We just had our 2nd,19 year old A/C unit replaced by RKM. If you want an honest assessment and recommendation regarding your A/C with a firm that backs their work and all done at a fair price, then look no further. We have had other firms assess our anemic air flow in our 2nd floor bedrooms. RKM recommended a zone system which is a tremendous improvement. We had a booster fan installed by another company which did little to solve the problem. We also had another firm work on our first A/C which charged a rather exorbitant price to recharge the system only to have it all leak out within days even after the system was checked for leaks. Needles to say, RKM is now our go to A/C company because they have earned our trust.

Loved the visit. Affordable and knowledgeable , Richard came and lead me through the process and what he checks for. I learned a lot, and was happy with the service. I feel better and joined the kooling club. I felt that they are honest and I know they're local and certified with license.

I had no heat. They showed up on time on the Saturday before Christmas! Diagnosed the problem and one day later the new part was installed and heat restored.

We have a 93 year old living in our home and restoration of our heat was very important. They delivered!!!
