I can't say enough positive things about RKM. We've had them service our two systems in our home for several years and they've always been responsive to our needs. In our first experience with them, they made a repair to our system when several other companies would only discuss replacing the entire system. This year, we decided it was time to replace both systems due to age. During an hour-long discussion, our needs and desires were fully listened to and a very reasonable quote was the result. The removal of the old systems and installation of the new has gone flawlessly, and the professionalism shown during the entire process was top notch. The RKM technician Matthew arrived on time and promptly completed his inspection and testing of the AC compressor and attic FAU system. He took the time to explain his findings and observations, showing us pictures to help describe his recommendations and making sure to answer any questions. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.

RKM installed my central air conditioning system 5 years ago. I've been using them every year since for routine maintenance and I have to say that they have always maintained a high level of professionalism. You can trust that you will receive top notch service from them.

We have been using RKM for our biannual system tune-up for almost 2 years. We realized at our last tune-up that our system was more than 15 years old, failing, and we no longer had insulation in our attic. They were able to send someone out same day to talk to my husband about options. The same man, Brent, even came by that next Saturday morning to explain it to me as well. We decided to have them install a new AC, furnace and compressor as well as put in insulation in our attic. Their work took only 3 days and they were incredibly clean and efficient. Ron was extremely clear in his plans and very personable the few days he spent with us. They will even be back within the week to check and make sure the system is safely working.
