I have been a client of RKM for many years. They are honest, responsive and knowledgeable. You should maintain your AC and Furnace just like you do your car. So I've used their Comfort Club maintenance program for over a decade. I highly recommend RKM and have referred them to friends & co workers many times over the years....which I don't do unless I am certain that they will treat them as fairly as they have always done for me.

RKM came to my rescue in the summer of 2020 when my air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. They were able to locate a part for a 16 year old unit. As such, we decided at the end of 2020 to replace that old system. RKM (Bryan, Paul, and Julio) installed our new system in less than a day. They were courteous, professional, and kept us informed along the way. They used tarps and plastic to protect our belongings and floors. They cleaned up any mess they made. We have used RKM in years past and will continue to do so.

ADDENDUM (07-13-2022):
Ron came by for our last Komfort Klub maintenance visit this morning. He checked our past records of maintenance, noting we were consistent at every 6 months, up to date, and condenser was still working fine. Always very helpful and responsive in customer service and technical expertise for repairs and installation, we have been well taken care of. So, why is this the last Komfort Klub visit for our home? Because it is going to be under new ownership soon. I am leaving the RKM business card for the future owners to contact for continued maintenance. It has been a pleasure working with technicians and office staff. Beth: The best on your retirement! Thank you all, again!
ADDENDUM (07-22-2021):
Today, the technician replaced the APCOR RT UV light and carbon filter unit we purchased and installed 2 years ago. This regular maintenance replacement was quick and installation was not a problem. To note, the unit reduces fragrances and keeps the inside home air very fresh and safe, killing germs and viruses. This technician also was very well versed in estimating future HVAC need expenses for future planning. Very pleasant and remembered his first visit 2 years ago, including the circumstances. Amazing customer service skills!
ADDENDUM (07-27-2020):
At our annual check-up, the technician serviced the outside A/C condenser. He was thorough and cleaned the coils of the main condenser, and, as an added service, also washed the coils of the 2nd condenser, without charge! He gave us an option to consider saving more electricity with a device that eases the starting of the cooling system, saving wear and tear of the parts. We will consider thia option knowing the current age of the condenser is probably half over. We always appreciate the ease and flexibility of working with RKM. With the current pandemic, we will make another appointment for the maintenance of the inside attic furnace and filters when it is safer for people to come into the home. Pre-existing health conditions keep us from allowing service persons from entering the home. RKM has been very gracious and understanding of our needs.

One Year Ago - 2019: (Initial service and installation of furnace).
Richard came prepared for our very specific request to be fragrance-free AND to make our HVAC system fragrance-free. We chose the UV light option to remove artificial fragrance(s) that we are quite sensitive to. Richard was very respectful to our requests and questions, answering with knowledge and experience. He clearly explained options to resolve the fragrances in our home, gave us real estimates and was super professional and pleasant, even after working in the attic for 2 hours in 120 degree temperature. Richard is also super transparent and gave us the pros and cons of the options he was considering so WE could make educated choices. He is a great educator, as well. We also signed up for maintenance of both the furnace and air conditioner, to make sure they are working at peak efficiency, every 6 months. Yay! RKM HVAC: you came through for us!

This was my first time using RKM to service my A/C unit. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the phone rep was kind and friendly. i used my Amazon coupon and they honored this without any questions. I got a courtesy call before my appointment time and the service repair person arrived on time. The service rep was extremely nice and explained exactly was he was going do. He seemed very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer any questions. He identified one issue with my a/c unit but there was no pressure for me to fix it by them. He went through all his findings in his report and explained what was working and what needed attention. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.

Great company with friendly, hard working employees. We are doing their twice a year maintenance contract and it has really given us peace of mind when we have to turn on your AC in the summer or heater in the winter because we know they will work. They take photos of the work they do and make recommendations about upgrades we may want to consider. Always on time and they have the parts if something needs to be fixed. Highly recommended.

RKM installed an air conditioning system about five months ago. When the weather warmed up the circulating fan came on and wasn’t turning off. They came out the next day after being notified and fixed the problem. The technician was friendly and stayed after normal work hours to solve the problem and there was no charge because it is still under warranty. I was pleased with the service.

What a great company!! There technician Matthew was so helpful! My AC went out and of course it was hot outside. So I found RKM online. I called and they were able to come out the same day! There pricing was great! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. My heating system needed a tune up & RKM Heating was right there for me!
