Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating

We asked for some clarification on a proposed list of upgrades to our system. Nate came out to discuss our concerns and explained very effectively what each item included and its potential for increased service and reliability -even though we have a 17 year old system in two houses. His honesty was evident, which is what we have come to expect from the Sanborn company for our 17 year history.

Jerrod (technician) communicated about arrival times, came when he said, was courteous, fast and respectful. Gave me tips for future use. Came out at almost 7 pm on a Sunday. Great service!!!!

Jerrod was awesome in how he demonstrated the 19 years of experience and professionalism. He educated me on the process of the heating and cooler systems. Made recommendations without trying to sell me. Overall, it was a great experience. Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating is fortunate to have Jerrod as an experience technician.

Top notch company. Jarrod was honest, extremely helpful and informative on diy maintenance. To boot he was earlier than scheduled, always a plus in my book. (Btw, They called to make sure it was okay👍)

Sanborn's takes great care of my AC system. I have them visit every spring to perform an annual check before summer. I wouldn't consider dealing with anyone else. They are simply the best.

Both Jerrod and Pete were professional, timely and thorough. They did an excellent job and explained everything they were doing. Our HVAC system is better than new!

Came within the time estimated. Gave me an honest evaluation of our cramped heater setup and told me there was no great answer to poor heat distribution to our downstairs. Signed up for their monthly service plan and saved money on this house call. Now I'll get annual maintenance for A/C and heater for included, as well as preferential treatment on any service calls during the year.
