I highly recommend this company for all your needs. Good service, prompt, and of all things they clean up very well after the project is done.

Nick provided our annual maintenance today and was professional and courteous. He troubleshot some issues we have been having and was able to explain them in an understandable way. He recommended some repairs that were needed and, rather than pushing for expensive fixes, recommended we go back to the installing company to see if they would cover it under their warranty. If they don’t cover it I will definitely call Sanborn’s to do the repairs. Thank you for the positive experience!

The guys were professional and did a beautiful installation job. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and how to install the filter in the new unit. The quality of the unit is amazing, far more cool air coming through than with the old unit. Very satisfied with the product and their service. Thank you!

This is a followup review concerning the inspection process for the new unit installed a month ago. The guys once again were professional, courteous and on time. I also liked getting the email immediately before they got here telling me they were on their way. That was pretty cool. They said we would receive the packet in the mail with the instructions for the city inspector and wished me a very nice weekend. Very nice service I must say. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors. Thanks again!

Sanborns did a fantastic job of getting the Ac repaired in our home care center. They were out within an hour even tho we called at 7 pm, got us running and had the parts needed in a day to finish the repair. They provided great maintenance advise and everyone on their team provided extraordinary customer service!

Great customer service. From Keith being the guy that came in, explained everything, gave estimates on the new system. Was patient and dint force us into anything and allowed us to take our time on deciding. Then to actually getting the system installed with Pete and a fe others. Everyone had great customer service and was always on time. Glad to have gotten my new system installed through them. Highly recommend them. Price was also great and reasonable.

From the receptionist that scheduled my appointment to the technician who did the service, I have nothing but good to say about Sanborn’s. Receptionist was very courteous and scheduled my appt for the next day. The tech was ahead of schedule and was able to arrive sooner than the given window. He was professional and very knowledgeable. It is always a wonderful experience dealing with Sanborn's in general, and Jerrod in particular. Extremely thorough, thoughtful, skilled and knowledgeable and completely honest. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company and this technician to anyone for any size job.! Wouldn't surprise me at all if I looked up, "integrity" and found a picture of Jerrod in his Sanborn's shirt in the definition!

There was alot of water leaking from the celing of the bathroom air vent.
The air conditioner unit sits right on top in the attic.
I tried getting my home warranty to take care of it, with no results.
So I called Sanborn's Air Conditioning. Thankfully they gave me a next day appointment.
Jarred was able to arrive earlier than expected. He explained how the drain lines work and checked the ac unit.
He cleared the drain lines and worked cleanly and carefully not to make a
Mess in the house. Very proffesional. Very happy overall.

Keith came out today and was excellent. Explained everything and took care of our condenser. He was pleasant and very efficient. Will definitely use Sanborn's again! Thank you for the prompt service!

We called Sanborn's to service our AC & furnace. Jarrod came on time, was very respectful of us by wearing the required facemask, completely serviced our AC & furnace, very clearly explained how our system worked & took time to explain how our warranty works so we can maintain a good working unit. Jarrod was very professional & is a good representative of the Sanborn company... it was a very positive experience.
